My partner and I loved it from the beginning! All musicians must come here!! Great cozy, relaxing atmosphere and very down to earth and relaxing. We as musicians got to play with the staff and guests every night, super chill environment. Will highly recommend to all my friends wanting to visit Marrakech.

I have stayed in more than 50 hostels across 13 countries and this is by far the worst. Completely confused on how this place has so many good reviews. Cat poo everywhere, nothing looks as if it has ever been wiped (look at that light switch!!!!), the pillows have probably never been replaced/washed, the bathrooms do not have sinks attached (gross), the carpet is horrendous and Abdi the owner wagged his finger in my face when I brought it up to him. He knows it’s filthy, he just doesn’t care. Literally would be better off sleeping on a park bench than this absolute dump.

During my travels in Morocco, Hostel Riad Marrakech Rouge stood out as the best hostel in Marrakech, and I stayed here both the beginning and end of my journey in the country. Situated in a prime location, it's merely a 5-minute walk to Jemma el-Fnaa Square, Bahia Palace, and Badia Palace, with some of Marrakech's finest dining options just a few steps away. The hostel's traditional riad-style architecture adds a remarkable charm, especially after traveling Morocco for a month. Hostel Riad Marrakech Rouge promotes a remarkably sociable atmosphere, making it the most vibrant hostel I encountered in the country. I made a lot of good friends from this hostel. The staff, led by Abdul, Ahmed and others, create a warm and familial ambiance throughout the hostel. Overall, Hostel Riad Marrakech Rouge exceeded my expectations. Its central location, authentic atmosphere, and exceptional staff make it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Marrakech. Towels and breakfast are provided for free.

The best hostel I've stayed at. The 4 hosts are 2nd to none. Friendly and helpful with loads of advice when needed. So good heading back in February. The facilities are super clean due to the ladies. At less than €10 per night including breakfast.

This place is not worth the prices they ask for. It's unclean and lacks the basics (smelly blacketss, no toiletries provided. No hot water, the included breakfast is a joke.) the staff's service is mediocre. You can tell that they don't care. And as a Morocco who speaks their language, I often hear they mock and insult thier guests. There is one unsanitary bathroom for more than 15 beds. So I always have to line up for the bathroom. In short look somewhere else!
