Tigmiza Boutique Hotel & Spa

Hotel itself was nice, we had a villa, separate from the hotel, and the villa was big. Downstairs was a nice spacious lounge, plus loo and separate shower rooms. Upstairs was a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom opened up onto with a nice verandah. Outside was a private garden and pool, with orange and pomegranate trees. The grounds and hotel were nice, and not overly busy, and the staff were friendly. However, food in the restaurants was bland - which was dissappointing for Moroccan food! Pool bar restaurants served better food. They also closed one of the restaurants as the hotel wasn't full, which meant there weren't enough spaces for the residents! At 7:30 I was told I could possibly get a table at 9! Bit of an issue when you're hotel is miles from the city. After complaining, a table was found in 5 minutes! Housekeeping was woeful and just didn't replace anything we'd used! Kept asking reception either by phone or face to face, who said they'd send housekeeping, and then most of the time didn't show. Or, they did bring some items but not the rest. This really spoiled it, as this was supposed to be 5* and had been recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there a while back.

Tigmiza is one of the most beautiful hotels we have been to . A 20 minute retreat from the centre. All the staff are kind and welcoming. We stayed in a villa which was beyond belief, 2 floor home with its own pool and luxurious amenities. Very calm and relaxing after a day in the city The food was excellent and the spa is a must Special thanks to Niama and Sihame for a wonderful treatment. We will definitely return Thank you all for the most relaxing stay

Absolutely spot on hotel . The grounds are so beautiful, staff friendly , rooms Beautiful. Loved the cocktails at the pool bar and the yoga studio is stunning . The hotel is about 20 mins outside of main area of Marrakech but that suited us as it’s mad there . Loved the lagoon pool . Omelettes are banging at breakfast . The hotel even has a private cinema ! 5 star stay in a Small Hotel felt special . Thank you tigmiza !

We stayed here for our honeymoon in June 2024. We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to have a very warm welcome and to be told we were being upgraded (Perks of the honeymoon I guess!) to a 2 bedroom villa with a pool. This meant the accommodation way surpassed our expectations. The room itself is comfortable, clean, well air conditioned and incredibly spacious. The service level was very hit and miss. The restaurant staff and bar staff were excellent but the reception staff not speaking good English is simply not okay. Shout out to Lamia (Head of Reception & Concierge) for arranging everything for us and saving the day here! Spa service was excellent. We booked a couples massage for 60 minutes and it was one of the best massages we've ever had. So good, in fact, we got it again on our final day. The problem with this hotel is the food. Based on the food alone, I would never come back here. The food selection, choice, menu design and quality needs to change drastically as soon as possible. Breakfast is fine. Solid selection, fresh croissants and omelettes! This hotel is a solid 30 minutes away from any suitable restaurants. This means (if you are a couple like us on your honeymoon) if you want to eat at the hotel to relax, you will be disappointed. I didn't eat one thing for lunch or dinner that didn't wholeheartedly disappoint me. There is also no flexibility in the choices - a tuna club sandwich on the menu cannot under any circumstances be substituted for chicken - I find this incredibly odd. The food is bland, not thought out and poor in quality. For a 5 star boutique hotel, this is not acceptable. Overall, a good experience, heavily marred by poor food. This place could be an absolute gem, but it falls short.

Perfect boutique oasis in Marrakech. Gorgeous and large suites (I imagine the villas are incredible too) with super comfortable beds cleaned to perfection every day. The staff are exceptional, so friendly and cannot do enough for you. 3 stunning pools amongst beautiful gardens. Top notch breakfast buffet included also. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks to everyone at Tigmiza. We look forward to coming back asap.

This place is like a palace! Simply exquisite! Our room was so big - as well as the bathroom! We got massages and used the pool and ate in the restaurants and did all the things. We really didn't need to leave the property - everything was there for us. Would definitely stay again!
