Ryad Amiran & Spa

We have just flown back from this stunning ryad today and all we can say is wow! All the staff are so kind and attentive, the rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable, the rooftop is like a slice of paradise, the advice we got was brilliant all the tips on what to do and not to do really come in handy, I honestly never want to stay in a hotel ever again after staying here and we can not wait to come back! It was a really good location too, not to far from the hustle and bustle so not noisy at all, and the manager sorted out all our trips when we got there and even a privet driver so we was at easy for the minute we arrived, I can’t recommend this place enough ❤️

We had a lovely stay. The Riad is just inside the Medina on a quiet street. Our transport from the airport dropped us at the edge of the Medina but a member of staff came to show us the way to the Riad. All the staff were wonderful and made sure we had all the information we needed. We booked a day trip through the Riad which took us around many of the gardens and other highlights. We had our own driver and they took us to the Oasiria Waterpark at the end of the tour, where we spent a few hours relaxing by one of the pools. The Riad arranged transport to take us back to the Riad. We also enjoyed the cooking lesson on offer. And the hamman spa on our final morning, along with a full body massage. The Riad is about a 10/15 min walk from the souk, we felt safe walking back at 9/10pm at night. Google maps were our friend! Worth paying for roaming to have this. I would definitely recommend this riad. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Grateful for the aircon. All in all a wonderful few days in this incredible city.

Just returned home from a 4 night stay in this cosy and authentic ryad, already wishing we had longer. The family run space was a welcoming peaceful surrounding to find some quiet away from the bustling medina. The rooms are cool and spacious resting spots out the African sun. The rooftop terrace a calm and relaxing area to rest tired feet. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee fantastic. Orange juice refreshing. A home from home atmosphere. We enjoyed our trip and felt safe and welcome here.

Unclean rooms, with tired looking bed linen and towels .dust on surfaces. Depressing dark dingy room, bathroom dirty , cracked tiles, awful scruffy area with back alleys to the Ryad . Roof terrace unkempt with old faded magazines . Breakfast consisted of bread and more bread

What an excellent experience . My wife and I stayed at Riad Amiran again. And as usual they didn't disappoint us. It's our 3rd time at this Riad for the last 4 years.. great host and wonderful staff. They have exceeded, i can't highly recommended them. Wonderful Room, very clean, newly repainted and tiled. great breakfast, and the helpful they given us from day to day basis. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone from the management to the night staff .. for the unforgettable new years Eve that has been organised by the management at the Riad and wonderful staff. Once again thank you every so much. We are very much looking forward to seeing again

Room was very dark towels were hard and crusty.... it was a depressing atmosphere.... very dark..... not like the pictures at all.....I would never ever go there again if it was a free holiday ... this is the worst holiday I've ever experienced And we couldn't wait to go home .....it was a birthday surprise..... bloody hell what a surprise it was absolutely horrendous ...the area is dangerous which we didn't know until we went out to explore And we were nearly robbed twice .... which I was traumatized over being followed And told to hand over your money .......the streets were rammed with locals trying to rob you...... Bk to we're we stayed they didn't seem shocked when we told them what happened I was crying and having panic attacks ...I was told it's ok And was handed a glass of prosecco ........ we then paid to Go on the camels And quad's... And included was a meal and entertainment which was booked through the person that run the guest house ..... everything seemed ok until we got home we had to be met as it was to dangerous to walk bk from being dropped off...... we only ended up with food poisoning were still sick now Bk in England .....we asked if we could stay longer in the Room as we were so sick And couldn't move .... And weren't getting picked up till the evening ..... they said they didn't have room but we new they did as a mother and daughter left 3 days early as they were also nearly robbed and there told US that they didnt like the guest house as no one was helpful and it was like a dungeon...we managed to be Able to stay obviously at a cost ..... avoid avoid avoid..... it's terrible
