We recently booked the entire Riad Dar Sara for our business trip to Marrakech, and we couldn't be more pleased with the services provided. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, thanks to Yassine and his team. They were incredibly helpful and super friendly, making the stay smooth, enjoyable and unforgettable I highly recommend this Riad for a peaceful and unforgettable experience in Marrakech. What a great hospitality! The room was really big, they have a really good massage service, and you can order food at the rooftop! Our host Housni was the greatest host you can wish, he did everything what we wish, and was really handsome, he deserves ☆☆☆☆☆+ ! I hope we can come back! Greetz, Bas en Marleen

The hotel has very good service. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect to start the day. There is a comfortable terrace on the roof where you can sunbathe. A very beautiful and pleasant vacation spot. Also a child-friendly hotel.

The hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars ,it is never more than 2 stars at all. No matter how well-intentioned the hotel staff tries to be, their standards and room conditions are clear. They gave us a dark and bad room with no running water in the shower. However, after our complaint, we were given better conditions (with running water). ) They gave me a room. I do not recommend you to order food from the hotel's own restaurant. Because it is also a disappointment. There are 3 types of market jam and pancakes for breakfast. The tea and coffee provided for breakfast is only enough for one cup. Please do not be fooled by the photos. The communication of the employees with each other zero. When you make a payment, you are not given a receipt and you may be asked to pay again the next day. Then they start arguing with each other. I experienced 6 days of stress and I do not recommend you to experience it either. At this price, we could have stayed at a hotel with much better conditions without stress, It was a huge mistake and dissapointment.

We privatised the entire Riad for a weekend with family and friends from Paris to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Hamid, the property manager, was very professional to help the organisation. The riad is very nice and staff, Yassine, Imane, Nora, Mina and others, offered us warm hospitality and greatly contributed in success of the party: starting with aperitif on rooftop, followed by delicious couscous dinner, dessert then dance in the beautiful setting of courtyard. Our guests and we were all very happy. Many thanks to the team! Highly recommend this Riad.
