Riad Art & Emotions Boutique Hotel & Spa

Lovely hotel/traditional Rhiad very close to the main square. The service was great and breakfast on the roof very nice indeed. Great if you want to visit the night food stalls and bazaars. Loads of good restaurants and coffee bars to watch the world go by.

This hotel was amazing! The staff spoke perfect English and were so helpful. The wifi worked well on all 5 levels of the riad, including the roof. Breakfast was served on the roof until 10:15 which we loved, especially as the mornings were cold in December. Our room was cozy and the AC worked great. Bathroom came with shampoo and soap, but no conditioner so my hair took a bit of a toll, haha. I recommend you bring or buy conditioner as the water in Marrakech was a bit harsh. For December, this riad has the perfect location. It's dead center in the Medina and since you have to go back to change clothes around lunch (the temperature rose from 5°C to 23°C from 09:00 to 12:00) it was always easy to stop by. The reception was open 24/7 and they would always help us call restaurants to make reservations. 10/10 would stay here again! They even gave us a gift when we left :)

I booked and paid for this room for me and my Wife during the period 6th August to 9th August. We arrived on an evening at 10pm only to be told the booking could not be found. After taking over the "night managers" PC and keyboard I managed to find an email with my booking. I was then told the room had been double booked and there were no rooms available. It was my first time in Morocco and what a dreadful first experience. The night manager had poor English. Whilst this was not the fault of the night manager as he has nothing to do with bookings, the sole responsibility falls on the manager. I asked for the night manager to organise a taxi for me as I found an alternative hotel which was a few miles away. It was after midnight and if you have never been to Marrakesh you know the deal, you're walking down alleys praying you find your Riad. This however turned into a blessing as we booked into another hotel and the trip turned out to be a brilliant short stay. Will be visiting again. Riad Art & Emotions Boutique, it's 1 star from me. Holidayers, be aware and make sure you call this hotel a night or two before to confirm you have a room or like me you will be searching for an alternative past midnight!

Everything meets your expectations for a perfect stay but there is this extra bit of magic in the location and atmosphere of the riad. The care and kindness of the staff are also unforgettable they are lovely and hostess, Especially I want to thank the talented cook SOUKAINA for the delicious dinner and the diverse breakfast 😋 I'd advise to order dinner. Nous avons adoré ce riad et surtout les personnes qui y travaillent. Super bien accueillis, renseignés. Tout était très bien en terme de chambre, d’emplacement. Bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse en observant la place se réveiller doucement.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment au Riad. Ultra bien placé, de supers conseils pour les sorties. Montgolfière, nuit dans le désert, visites de la ville !! On a adoré. Riad magnifique, chambres très propres… petit déjeuner gourmand et repas du soir au top !!! Une spéciale dédicace à Soufiane, Moncef et Hassan, vous êtes adorables !!!
