Valeria Madina Club - All Inclusive

The room was not very good and not very clean but the rest of the place is nice for what it is worth. The food was okay not the best, not a lot of variety. The place is a bit further out from the centre of Marrakech.

Absolutely loved my stay at Valeria Madina in Marrakech! The resort is stunning, and the team there made my week-long stay truly special. Big thanks to the incredible animation team, especially Lolo, Aya, and Olaya, for going above and beyond to celebrate my brother’s birthday and keeping us entertained every day from morning till night. The food was tasty, although a bit more variety would be a nice touch to mix things up. I’d also suggest some more sustainable options for cups—paper cups were a bit of a hassle. it would be great if the staff confirmed language preferences, as most assumed we spoke French—English would have been easier for us. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’d gladly come back for another stay. See you again soon, Valeria Madina!

AVOID more of a 1 star hotel at best. This hotel is very tired and needs a complete make over. The rooms are very basic, drawers falling apart curtains torn and dirty,bathrooms need completely redoing as filthy with dirty grout and silicone (see pics) although the chamber maids did their best with the time and equipment they had. The towels we were given were supposed to be white but were grey thin and stained. The whole hotel was packed far too many people that I feel the staff can’t cope.If you enjoy a holiday camp vibe then you will probably enjoy it. The French were given priority different colour wristbands to determine your nationality and all entertainment was in French no English at all. The grounds need a lot of work as very big and the “pond” will be a mosquito haven if not repaired before the summer as full of stagnant water.I didn’t see anyone working on it while we were there. The hotel is a good 25 min drive from Marrakech and this drive looks like you are in a war torn country. There is no other shops or restaurants anywhere within a 20 min drive so feel very isolated as you can’t get out and walk anywhere. I will give praise to the chefs as the amount of food they have to prepare each day is huge and must be a challenge but after 5 days it became very much the same thing all the time. I couldn’t wait to get home and will never return as it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I’ve been in quite a few. This hotel is far too big and too many people yes it was reasonably priced but at a massive cost to the state of the decor etc.
