Riad le Clos des Arts

Just 100m from one of the busy passageways that lead visitors and traders into the busy market place in the centre of Marrakesh is a place of tranquility and serenity. We were met at the taxi stand about 200m from the hotel our luggage placed in a trolley and escorted the short distance to the hotel. We arrived at an unimposing brown door which opened at the ring of the bell and we were transported into history. soft music was playing inthe background with the soft trickling of water from a wall mounted feature. The architecture resemblent of Morocan history and as we to discover later designed by the owners, Giorgina & Massimo. We took mint tea with biscuits and were showed where we were on the map and given focus points to help steer us back to the hotel, when we went exploring . Our ensuite room was stunning with wooden shuttered windows and a large comfortable bed. The team felt like a family and nothing was too much trouble, with a great breakfast on the roof terrace and dinner if required. For my wife and I it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and look forward to a return in the future.

From the moment we arrrived we received the most incredible introduction to the Marrakesh way of life. Our hosts and the staff were so welcoming and always available to assist in all of our needs. The Riad is top notch with the most comfortable inviting rooms and a beautiful roof top deck where you were served a fabulous breakfast and dinner. Truly a unique experience!

This riad truly is exceptional. The service was so attentive, they provided all the support, kindness and help we needed during our stay, helping us to navigate the Medina, bring us drinks, get taxis. The riad itself is absolutely gorgeous and the rooftop pool and chill out spaces so serene. Breakfast is simple but had everything you needed. The rooms very clean, cool and comfortable. Location perfect too for exploring the medina. The hospitality really was second to none, and I'd not hesitate to come back here the next time we are in Marrakech. Thank you so much!

We would highly recommend Riad le Close des Arts. The rooms were beautiful, the staff welcoming and very helpful and the breakfasts and dinner were excellent. The team helped us to book restaurants and taxis and shared great tips for our stay in Marrakesh.

This is a beautiful relaxing and friendly Riad and can highly recommend it if you’re going to Marrakesh. It is in the Medina and very close to the main square and souk yet very peaceful and comfortable inside. The interior was beautiful and difficult to capture in the photos. The food was delicious and cannot thank the wonderful polite staff enough who looked after our every needs and advised us of where to visit and how to get about which was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the Clos des Arts! All the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The riad rooms are very clean and comfortable and beautifully appointed. There are many interesting common spaces inside, and a rooftop terrace. We loved sitting on the terrace and using the plunge pool. A special shoutout to our host Valeria, who assisted us in planning our visit even before our arrival, and made excellent recommendations for activities. We went every place she suggested and they all were wonderful, including multiple places we would not have gone had Valeria not recommended them.
