Top quality hotel in the old district of Marrakech. The building is old and historic which we loved. It also means things like poor sound proofing and cold rooms in winter. But the staff were amazing, tea whenever we needed and very helpful. Expensive, but you do get the service and experience you expect.

Worst experience I ever had , not respectful and they lied to us on the phone about our stay after When we arrived they try to charge us mo for a new room over our booking confirmation *** , I highly not recommend this place

Amazing and friendly staff, nice rooms and great food, couldn’t ask for a lot more. Able to book excursions and trips with them and have some nice meals and drinks. Very close to the Médina and the marjorelle gardens and only a 15 minute wal to the main square.

We arrived at the Marrakech airport quite late at night. The hotel arranged for a driver to meet us and take us to the hotel and despite our flight being late, and it being 2:30 in the morning, all went smoothly and without a hitch. The hotel is located in the Old City, behind the walls. Our driver took us from the airport as far as cars were allowed but then there was a walk of several “blocks”, which was a bit of a startling experience, as the streets were narrow, dimly lit, and seemed to be straight out of an episode of Homeland (and yes, I understand some of Homeland was filmed around there). But my anxiety was ill founded. Our room was modest but clean and comfortable. In the morning we went to the main part of the hotel, quite nice, and were served a tasty breakfast. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and met our needs each and every time one arose. We indulged in a Hammams bath and also a massage, a real treat. The location of the hotel is a bit tricky to find (GPS did not work too well in those narrow streets of the Old City) but the locals, for a few dollars, will guide you. Eventually we figured things out. On the other hand, the location is quite interesting and convenient being in the Old City. I was very pleased with this stay, with how interesting being in this location turned out, but most of all, how friendly and helpful the staff was.

Awful awful awful I’ve been visiting Marrakech for over 30 years and stayed in a variety of authentic riads. However my stay at riad Amina was the worst I’ve ever stayed in and my 3 days there was too long. I even tried to get a refund and move but due the new year and their refund policy they refused to refund me. This riad lacks any soul, it lacks any personality, it’s drab and dark and really needs a good refurbishment. My room was dull in its appearance and empty. I was bitten by bed bugs and reported this to reception who claimed they couldn’t see the bites on my skin. Bathroom was bare with no amenities. Breakfast was bland and not even worth getting up for. I just had breakfast outside. The riad roof top was dirty and unkept The staff were pleasant but not particularly friendly. Avoid this awful place dark and dingy not worth the money. Stay away
