The hotel is overpriced in comparison to other riads in the same location. It is nice but nothing special. As others, it’s located in a narrow side street where you will not find it easily at first. I recommend to take a hotel taxi because otherwise you will have to rely on local people who will take more money for showing the way than you pay to get there from the AirPort. The room is ok but i had a nicer one nearby for half the price. We had a flight at 11am and they said they will not offer breakfast before it starts at 8.30 - very late for a hotel so we just had a juice and cake, again overpriced when you think breakfast was supposed to be included. The hotel was clean but on the floor i could feel dust or sand. The service was average. In general i wouldnt stay in the same riad again for sure.

This place a an absolute gem on the best location in Marakesh. The staff are really nice. The rooms are spacious and well designed with amazing interiors. The food on our first night when we arrived was delicious as was the breakfast every day. The roof top pool is an oasis after a day sight seeing. We had the balcony room which I would recommend as it has an amazing balcony. If we come back to marakesh we will def come back here !!!

Narrowing down a riad to stay at in Marrakech felt like an impossible task! Among the hundreds of places, I’m so happy we chose this one. The property is absolutely stunning, so much attention has been paid to detail and decor. The room was spacious, the common areas (to eat, lounge, pool) were so beautiful and serene. The rooms were impeccably clean and were tidied up every time we went out. Lastly, the staff was superb! Everyone was so kind, helpful, and always ready with a recommendation for meals, things to do, and more! Don’t hesitate to book your stay at Dar Kandi - it is absolutely worth it!

This is a gem in Marrakech. A short walk to the main sights but once you’re inside you feel a world away from the hustle and bustle outside. The interiors are beautiful and the staff are friendly. The roof terrace has a small pool and comfortable sun loungers. We enjoyed dinner in the courtyard and breakfast on the roof.

Stylish Riad with a slightly modern twist while still keeping the Moroccan vibe. We loved the design and the rooms were comfortable with the same limitations as in any other Riad. However, I must request the management via the Tripadvisor platform that since they do not want to offer a tea/coffee maker inside the room in order to maintain the rooms better (their reason) to charge $10 for a cup of tea and coffee for 2 people, which any guest would need a couple of times in a day if staying in the hotel, is not something which comes across as the right thing to do. There are other places where they don't have this facility inside the room, but because they are premium boutique hotels, they do provide this either in the common areas or on the room service without additional charges, since there is really no option to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee while staying inside the hotel. Increase the room price if you want but do not deny standard facilities expected from places charges north of 200euro/night for stay.

Where to begin ! From the communication days before arrival and the care during your stay is top notch ! Aouatif the office member was so welcoming and made sure to give us all the best tips for our stay, taking care of our dinner reservation. The property itself is very beautiful and worth every penny the beds are comfortable and rooms are prepped with all you’ll need . Staff were kind and breakfast was yummy, sadly didn’t have for a Hammam treatment but the price is fair. Thank you Dar Kandi Team, see you soon

An elegant, clean boutique hotel with wonderful staff. The hotel manager Aouatif and her staff are warm and welcoming. Staying in the balcony suite, we had a five star experience. Everything is so beautiful and luxourious, and well maintained. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here in December 2023, right before Christmas. This place is amazing! I don’t even know where to start! The staff are friendly, helpful and really care about you having a great time. Anything you need, they’re there to make it happen! The food is fresh and super tasty! There’s so many options and each day you have something different! We are vegetarian and that was never a problem! We also had dinner in the Riad on the first night and it was so delicious! I highly recommend it! We also did the couples hammam with massage and that was so relaxing! I really enjoyed it! The room was really stylish and clean. When I say clean it’s an understatement! We’ve never stayed in a place where your room is cleaned 2-3 times a day! At times we’d come back, shower, change and go out again and when we’d come back the room was cleaned again! The location is great: it’s local to everything! We loved our stay here and will come back for sure! This place made me fall in love with Marrakech even more! Can’t imagine staying elsewhere!

Amazing Riad with an awesome staff. The hotel has a beautiful layout and the rooms are exquisite. It was my first trip to Marrakech, the transfer they set up from the airport was seamless. On arrival your baggage is delivered to the hotel and you are greeted with a hot mint tea. The location of the hotel is slightly off the main square so it is pleasantly quiet, yet just a short walk to all the interesting sights. Unfortunately, while I was there I got sick and was unable to leave on a tour I had planned. Luckily they had a room available that evening and let me stay in my initial room until the new room was ready. Aouatif the manager took the extra time and effort to make sure I was taken care of. Mohamed the other manager went out of his way late at night to grab me some extra water while sick. Again, an amazing hotel and a wonderful staff.

Absolutely stunning riad situated perfectly within the Medina but away from the hustle and bustle . Dar kandi is absolutely beautiful, the decor is stunning ! We had the cactus room which is gorgeous. As soon as the door opens you are truelly welcomed even the smell of the riad is amazing! The staff are all so accommodating and the breakfast is delicious! The roof top pool is inviting after a long day in the souks and you can order wine or beer . We didn’t use the spa but it looked lovely , thanks dar kandi for an amazing stay , we hope to see you again some day x

This is a Fantastic little oasis in the middle of a busy agent city A great Riad that I would recommend fantastic location near to every thing but also far enough away that it is quite once in the 4 walls The staff are lovely 😊 nothing is to difficult to arrange always wanted to help. Breakfasts are great but massive so always a good start to the day. The evening meals are fantastic quality and service need to preorder and you may be the only occupier but worth doing if you do not feel like going out one night The rooms are all different all lovely and comfortable and have every thing you need Well worth a stay and visit
