We’ve been loyal guests at this hotel for years, but our recent stay left us deeply disappointed and questioning whether we’ll return. From the moment we arrived, the experience was soured by the receptionist’s behavior. Unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending, their attitude made us feel anything but welcome. A smile or basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way, but instead, we were met with cold indifference and a sense that we were inconveniencing them simply by checking in. The breakfast, once a pleasant part of our stay, has drastically declined in quality. The selection was minimal, the ingredients felt cheap, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. Nothing felt fresh, and the service matched the food—unfriendly and disengaged. It’s genuinely sad to see a place we once enjoyed degrade like this. We always appreciated the familiarity and comfort of staying here, but it’s clear that standards have slipped across the board. Unless there are some serious improvements soon, we’ll unfortunately have to find a new go-to hotel.

因大雪封山，原路返回馬拉喀什，大半夜急急忙忙預訂了這家酒店，還挺驚喜的，價格不貴，訂了個三人房，湊合住一晚，居然還含早餐，早餐還不錯哦！房間也挺大的，中規中矩，不錯哦！

Hôtel qui fait le travail. Marqué par le temps, il aurait besoin d’une rénovation. Petit déjeuner très basique et de qualité moyenne, il existe beaucoup mieux pour des tarifs similaires…

酒店離機場不遠，設施非常豐富，有很多的餐飲和娛樂活動，前台客服服務很貼心，陽台風景很棒，整體適合休閑度假

Personnel très gentil et à l'écoute, buffet petit déjeuné très complet et un wifi qui était de très bonne qualité.

酒店很棒，裝修雖然有點舊，但還有風情。服務人員態度很好很耐心。下次還會選擇入住。
