It was a rocky start with the fast track entry at the airport getting messed up. They didn’t have our names at the fast track desk and were really rude to us about it despite us explaining our situation to them. It really left a bad first impression since we were hoping to have a smooth and comfortable entry into the country. It’s what you expect booking “the best hotel in Marrakech” after all. At this point I was regretting not going with Amanjena. However, as we got to the hotel, the beautiful interior and attentive staff did melt our hearts a little. The staff members at breakfast were particularly pleasant. The Italian restaurant and its tasting menu was quite delightful too. But the afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional staff (the birds got to the cakes multiple times before they got served, they brought out the wrong tea for me, etc) made me wonder how they could be so different from the breakfast team. Regardless the hotel was undoubtedly very beautiful and we did have a wonderful time overall.

Royal Mansour Marrakech 皇家曼蘇爾馬拉喀什酒店🕌 嚟摩洛哥其中一個原因都係因為想住尼間酒店，酒店的主人是前摩洛哥國王，穆罕默德六世(Morocco’s King Mohammed VI)，係2020-2021年被選為全球最佳酒店，全酒店有的53個獨棟的Riad，每間Riad 只住2人， 酒店裡的員工有將近500多人，就算在客滿的狀況下，跟客人的比例大約是4比1， 基本上你上網search摩洛哥，好多圖片都會彈咗呢間酒店出嚟，好多網紅都首推濃厚嘅摩洛哥風情，不過價格亦非常高貴，我6月入住期間已經算係淡季，我住嘅房型亦都係最基本嗰種，都要約$14000港元一晚，不過貴從來都不是他的問題……😂 個人入住體驗: 由於每間房都係獨立的House ，所以入住就要預咗要不停行樓梯上落， 而這麼高貴的酒店打電話去reception，那個人竟然不會說英文(他們大多數會說法語，因為這裡以前是法國殖民地)，很簡單問佢泳池幾點收都答唔到，還覺得你不會講法文很Low😂，而較高級的職員感覺比較高傲， 入住期間試過佢亞洲賽菜餐廳，味道嘗算不錯的😋 除此之外這裏確是很好打卡的，尤其係個Spa🥰，其實另外還有一個室內泳池我也很想影的，不過剛巧他在維修中…..🥲(聽説維修時間還有數個月) . . . . ❣️個人認為性價比低，除非你真係好想入去影相就可以住一晚，否則其實佢最靚嗰個位係酒店大堂，所以其實你只要訂位食飯就可以入去影了 . . . #thebesthotel #morocco #marrakech #royalmansour #摩洛哥 #摩洛哥風

不愧是馬拉喀什最好的酒店，住的非常舒心，酒店房型也大，各方面設施也齊全，酒店的幾家餐廳也不錯，如果有機會也會推薦給去遊玩的朋友

I have always heard about the Royal Mansour since its opening. I finally was lucky enough to experience this unique place in the world. Every detail of our stay exceeded any expectations: The kindness of the staff, the level of personalisation in the service and the outstanding design of the rooms and the entire hotel. Also, the gardens and the pool are incredible, specially when you know you are in a very dry part of the world. The Japanese / Mediterranean restaurant by the pool, serves some dishes that can be compared to any upscale restaurant in London. The harira soup is the best I have ever had, and the arrival and departure experience in a Bentley SUV was out of this world! You really feel treated like the best guest ever! For those who hesitate about visiting Marrakesh for any reason, this hotel is totally worth the trip! I don't think I have seen something similar, not even in Monaco!

This place is magical. I would even go so far as to say it’s the most elegant and stunning hotel I’ve ever experienced. The craftsmanship of the riads is absolutely incredible. We could not believe how blessed we felt to be staying in such unexpected luxury. The beds were clouds of comfort. The living space was sprawling and creative and magnificent. But above all was the service. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, warm and helpful. Most outstanding of all was our lovely butler Sakina. Sakina was the epitome of elegant, effortless hospitality. She was exceedingly kind and eager to assist. She went out of her way to ensure every detail of our stay was impeccable. She is a master of her craft. I wanted to cry when we left I was so happy and sad at the same time and I’m certain it was our time with Sakita that tipped our experience into excellence. Thank you Sakina and the Royal Mansour!

We could not have wished for more. The location of the hotel, the Riad, the staff and facilities were all top. Attention to details from The staff were remarkable, having to know we had an infant and preparing all needs from baby bathtub, to nappies dispenser to baby food cooker and the baby friendly shower gel says it all. The breakfast area is remarkable, with amazing variety of food, great ambience in all restaurants, beautiful garden and one of a kind Spa. So honestly it could be the best hotel i have visited in my life and i do travel and stay in top hotels but this one tops them all

We have travelled to some amazing places around the world and this is one of the finest. From the plane door opening, including Said our personal butler to opening a bar /restaurant just for a drink, this place is second to none. The food was fabulous including a stunning dinner celebrating Atour.

Staying at Royal Mansour Marrakesh is not just an experience—it’s a journey into a dream. Calling it a “hotel” doesn’t do it justice. Here, you don’t simply stay in a room; you live in your own palace. The riads—not suites, not villas, but full private residences—transport you into a world of opulence, with your own courtyard, lavish living spaces, relaxation areas, and an absolutely breathtaking bedroom. Every single detail is a work of art, making it impossible not to admire the craftsmanship in every corner. In truth, the entire hotel is a masterpiece, a living museum of Moroccan grandeur. And it doesn’t stop there—your riad even includes a private rooftop terrace with a lounge area, a fireplace, and your own personal pool, offering a secluded sanctuary under the Marrakesh sky. Inside, there’s also a fireplace in the living room, adding even more warmth and charm to this already magical space. The service? Beyond perfection. Every staff member we encountered was not only highly professional but also incredibly warm, discreet, and attentive. They made us feel like royalty without ever being intrusive. Breakfasts were an experience in themselves—served à la carte in an exquisite setting, where we indulged in traditional Moroccan delicacies. Every meal felt like a ritual of elegance. And then there’s the concierge team, which deserves the highest praise. Their level of service is simply on another level. They not only made our stay seamless but also crafted some of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. One of the highlights was the romantic dinner in the Agafay Desert at Inara Camp, which they arranged for us. From what we understood, Royal Mansour guests receive an exclusive experience at the camp, and we can confirm—it was beyond magical. We were accompanied by the incredible Youssef Souhal, who made the evening feel like a dream. The camp itself is breathtaking, and we are incredibly grateful to the Royal Mansour concierge team for recommending this experience. Next time, we will absolutely arrange a trip to the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert through the hotel, knowing that they will craft something just as unforgettable. Another moment that proved the concierge team’s outstanding efficiency was when we spontaneously decided to go on a guided tour of Marrakesh. Within an hour, they arranged for us to be accompanied by the most incredible guide, Ahmed. He arrived in traditional Moroccan attire, exuding charm and knowledge. His storytelling was mesmerizing, bringing history and culture to life in a way that left us completely captivated. And then, there was a special Royal Mansour privilege that took our breath away—VIP access to Jardin Majorelle. When we arrived, we saw huge lines of visitors waiting to enter. However, for Royal Mansour guests, the concierge provides special tokens, granting access through a separate entrance with no waiting at all. It was surreal—security would immediately recognize the hotel’s guests,

I have wanted to stay here for a long time and this weekend my dream came true, when we came here for my daughter’s birthday. From the moment we arrived it was magical. We were whisked through the airport and into a beautiful Bentley. Our riad was beautiful, 3 stories with our own plunge pool on the roof. We ate at most of the restaurants- Le Jardin , where the sushi was on par with what we had eaten in Tokyo, and the frozen mojitos WOW! Breakfast and lunches were at the Grande Brasserie by Helene Darroze, where I had the best Rhum Baba I have ever eaten. We had dinner at the Grande Table Morocaine where we had the Safar menu, which was divine, but such big portions. We also had some treatments at the Spa. What a beautiful oasis . The treatments were really good. Really enjoyed the Hamman. The staff were really friendly and so lovely. Special thanks to our waiter Honsi, who is such a lovely young gentlemen, we really enjoyed being served by him. He is a credit to the Royal Mansour, as all the staff are. I hope I can return here one day, it is the best place I have ever stayed in. Thank you

Everything was great!!! Staff was amazing, cleanliness, service, restaurants, spa were wonderful, bed was nice, fireplace in the room at any time if desired, room was very cozy, toiletries were of very good quality and in sufficient quantity.

It is always a pleasure to come back to this magical place, which brings inner peace by just providing a fabulous surrounding with wonderful people taking care of you, splendid aromas in the air, wonderful food and a paradise-like garden! Best place to reload your energies!
