Palais Mirage d'Atlas, Hôtel de Luxe & Spa

We went for a pool and lunch day pass as we believed the large pool was heated but in reality it was the small pool and too shallow to swim but ok if you have kids. The lunch was ok nothing fancy for the price we paid and the service was awful, we were handed a menu and the waiter said he be back in 15 minutes to take our order, we’ll I’m still waiting. I went to the bar to order drinks and I gave €50 and they brought the drinks but never gave me the change so I had to ask 3 times during the day for my change and was only giving back to me when we were leaving. I wouldn’t recommend it as way better places to try which are cheaper and more luxurious including the lunch.

Highly recommend this hotel. While it is a bit out of the city, has nice gardens, gym, farm, pool (though only small amount heated), restaurant and really nice accommodation/ rooms-exceeding our expectation. We had a driver ( Amine) that was excellent bringing us where we needed and shared lots of location and cultural information. Restaurant staff were excellent ( especially Ayoub who took time out with us to explain about the goats!) as were reception and pool staff. Overall, highly recommended

We visited with the day pass last week and whilst the pool area was very nice, it was very disappointing that only the children’s pool was heated, and not the main pool. The main pool was far too cold to use and the children’s pool was of course crammed full of children. Website is very misleading as it shows a picture of the large pool with the title ‘heated pool day pass’ , which of course lead us to believe that the main pool was heated ! This was the main attraction of the day pass as the pool at our hotel was not heated. We paid 900 MD to basically just lie on a sunbed for a couple of hours, which was a complete waste of money, Spa with hammam and massage were lovely and worth a visit.

Someone recommended this hotel for a day pass in the “colder month” as it has a heated pool, something our hotel was missing. Brilliant enclosed pool area which also acts like a sun trap so the heat feels so much hotter. Beautiful setting too. We were treated so nicely by all the staff and the food was fantastic. Absolutely loved our day here and will definitely be returning. Great find!

Visited this lovely hotel on a day pass with our family in earlyJanuary. Facilities are amazing and the staff are superb! We had 4 adults and 4 noisy kids and everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The heated pool was perfect for the kids to play in and food and drink was top class! Definitely looking to come back here and stay a few nights next time we visit Marrakech. Absolute Class!
