Hotel Lawrence d'Arabie

Pros: Friendly staff. Small nice pool area. Good location. Nice restaurant. Cons: Our bathroom smelled of sewer from the sink. We booked a trip to Ouarzazat at the hotel, where it said that lunch was included, but it wasn’t when we got there. Our room wasn’t clean. Empty shampoo bottles in the shower and a couple of cockroaches. We missed a balcony. You get what you pay. Fine place for the price.

Tudo ok! From booking arrangements to our stay, bed, breakfast swimming pool ! Attention from Sokaina receptionist. The hamam at the spa was great experience!Possibility to be at the lounge until time of our flight! All was great! Nothing bad to say!

We arrived here we had 2 stays here during our holiday and 5 rooms booked we had to wait 1.5 hours after check in time for one of our rooms we complained a few times just kept getting told a few minutes it will be ready. My self and my partner stayed in room 109 first time round horrible room air con doesn’t work properly so it’s red hot in the room there is no wifi to this room also your are above the cafe down stairs which is ok during the day but come the night time 21:00 karaoke starts and is rent loud this plays until 01:00am from room 109 you may aswell be sat watching it it’s so loud. The next day cleaners just entered our room without knocking and would not leave just proceeded to go into the bathroom after we had said we are ok several times Second time round we stayed we stayed in another room which was much better but we did have to wait an hour again after check in time for this room to which the manager stated he gave my family there rooms early check in is at 14:00 my family had their rooms at 13:55. Again the cleaner entered our room no knocking as I was getting changed no apology but did leave after asking there should be do not disturb signs if they do this
