Riad Lalla Mimouna

Great place, Nice service very useful . I strongly recommend this place. Food is excellent in particular chicken tajine. Rooms are nice and well thought. Breakfast is perfect. Nice terrasse with a jacuzzi to relax after a day of visit to the city.

When we got to the property, we were pleasantly surprised with the interior and decor. And the friendly staff. The beddings, the bathrooms, the vibe, the breakfast - were all really good. Unfortunately, one of the male staff members (Mr. Suleiman) tried to get physical with me later on, coming on to me and forcing to hold my hands, despite my explicit protests. I managed to get to where my room was. Then he tried to get me into the dark hammam room. Luckily my room was nearby, so I quickly ran in and closed and locked the door. Stayed there a few minutes so that he would be gone, after which I could close my windows. But when I went to close the windows, I saw him just looking into my room. This whole experience made me feel terribly unsafe for the rest of the stay, and I didn't dare even leave my room or open the windows, thus tarnishing a beautiful stay in Morocco and Riad Lalla Mimouna up to that point. There were no other female staff members around either that I could speak to or raise the issue with. I do hope that the management will address this issue, so that it is not repeated with other (female) guests in the future. I'm a seasoned traveller, and have also gone on solo trips, but have to say that this is the first time that I have felt unsafe in this manner. I was really hoping to re-visit the property at a future visit and recommending to others, but I won't be doing that now. They have lost a potentially repeat (and loyal) guest due to the unprofessional behaviour of one staff member.

A delightful boutique riad in a great location. The location is peaceful and quiet yet walking distance to some of the main attractions (the bustling medina, souks, Bahia Palace etc). The rooms, and the building itself, are in traditional moroccan style and very comfortable. A simple, delicious homemade breakfast is provided. The front desk staff (Hameed and Hasfah) are lovely and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. I can highly recommend Riad Lalla Mimouna if you enjoy a convenient location but peace and quiet as well.

Emplacement au top pour profiter du centre de Marrakech à pied. Le riad est très propre, les chambres sont agréables et le personnel est aux petits soins. La vue sur la Koutoubia est imprenable. N'hésitez pas à réserver pour profiter de cette ville magique.

Une belle surprise aux détours des dédales Quel Riad magnifique, une décoration chaleureuse, des plantes splendides, le confort des chambres et de la literie (nous avons eu la chance d’un goûter 2, notre périple nous a amené la bas 2 fois) , la terrasse avec sa vue, ses transats et son fabuleux jacuzzi, tellement agréable après de belles journées de marche Mais surtout son hôtesse et son hôte si accueillants, merci pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils touristiques et culinaires qui nous ont fait découvrir des merveilles
