Les Palmiers Boutique Hôtel & Spa

The hotel staff are extremely professional and gave us an end-to-end 5-star experience. The food was brilliant; especially the breakfast, and we met the chef! The rooms were great and we even got upgraded! As it was my cousin's birthday they made it all the more special - if you want a party out there - go for it!

WE LOVED THIS HOTEL! Hamza is the kindest man I think I have ever met in my life. From the second we entered the hotel doors there was and is NOTHING this man cannot arrange or do for you. Our trip would not of been the same had Hamza not been my go to person for anything we needed or wanted to ask about. The entire management team and all the staff are walking talking angels. I mean this with the upmost conviction when I say that every single staff member is the most respectful and honest human being you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Upon entering you are shown around the amazing hotel personally, and greeted with nothing but smiles and without a doubt the best hospitality I have ever received anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, really when I say the pictures don’t compare to seeing it with your own eyes I truly do mean that. The pool areas, the hotel rooms, the bar area and communal seating areas. The restaurant is somewhat heavenly and can sit there all day just watching the world go by. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of the different members of management and members of staff for everything they have done to make our trip so memorable. It has been nothing short of magical and a blessing to of met you all. If I could leave the score as 100/10 I would. We have enjoyed the holiday so much that on day 2 we booked to return to the hotel again and this time will be staying in the royal suite. The Spa treatments are incredible, both myself and my partner used the Hamman on our final day and it really did live up to all our expectations. The quality of the food and drinks are 100/10. I really have NOTHING to criticise or any bad words to say for anything regarding this hotel and it’s a huge credit to the owner for creating such a beautiful place and filling it with THE BEST STAFF AND PEOPLE from Marrakech. I really left feeling as if we’ve made friends here and again I cannot thank Hamza enough and I look forward to staying in touch and seeing you again next year inshallah. If you’re thinking of booking here… DO IT! I honestly don’t have the word to describe how amazing and attentive this stunning boutique is. I have just come back from a 3 night / 4 day stay with my best friend for my 36th birthday and I’ve never been looked after so well. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, kind, caring and good fun too. The massage in the spa was OUTSTANDING! I’ve had a lot of massages in my time and it was by far the best one yet! I’m used to Dubai standards and this is right up there with it. Guy on reception couldn’t do enough for us, every request even when out of the normal he made it happen, spa didn’t open till 11am but he got us in at 10am. It’s tiny little things like this which makes the trip even better. Everytime we wanted to go somewhere he arranged a private driver for us. Nothing was ever too much. The staff round the pool, always checking in on us throughout the day. Getting us the best spot with the most sun round the pool. Honestly, just a perfect stay that I cannot fault. The restaurant and food here is 10/10! Mouthwatering… so if you’re considering this hotel, take my advice and book it. You will not be disappointed. I’ve only ever done a few reviews in my time and I travel 5-6 times a year! This was needed because I feel everyone needs to know how amazing this boutique is!!! 👏🏻 to the owners 👏🏻

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel. The rooms are stunning, the swimming pools are great and most importantly the staff are absolutely fantastic and extremely caring. Hamza and his team are superb. Felt extremely safe and well looked after. Would 100% recommend.

Aesthetic place and really good food. Only down fall is the seclusion of women which wear the burkini or similar to a smaller pool which isn’t as well maintained or serviced as the main pool. This wouldn’t be an issue if this was made known prior but isn’t fair to segregate based on swimwear to maintain a certain standard.

Great experience! The pool is clean with a nice relaxing vibe. Tje food and drink Ms were good. The staff were very friendly. Thank Mohssin and Youssef . They were fantastic. I had such a good experience I came back a second time. Highly recommend!
