Just back from a fantastic stay at Riad Cologne 2 Marrakesh Younes, Nouhaila and their team run a wonderful establishment Nothing was too much trouble for them It is very clean a perfect location with very helpful staff We are already planning our next stay with them Jean and David Short

Great place to stay while in Marrakesh! Good location, beautiful breakfast and quiet at night. The staff was also very helpful and we felt very safe here. Would def recommend! If we go back to Marrakesh we will make a booking here again for sure!

Great place! Local atmosphere, great service, good breakfasts, location is in the centre of Marrakesh life!) And when I left my jacket in the hotel the staff were so kind to help me get my jacket back 🙏 Also they can organise you a spa in local way - I enjoyed a lot!

My friend and I stayed here for a week in June and it was amazing. We could not have asked for a better first trip to Marrakesh! The riad is perfectly situated and absolutely beautiful— the attention to detail in the decorations is amazing. We loved the daily breakfast, the pool was perfect, the room was gorgeous (with the world’s best bathtub), the spa was a fun extra experience, and everyone who worked there was absolutely adorable. The only drawback is that the building is a bit echoey so it could get a little loud at times, but I think that is because of the way these types of buildings are built with inside courtyards. It didn’t bother us but it could be an issue for some. We felt really comfortable as two women traveling alone and had a fabulous time exploring. We went to the sea (Essaouira) and the waterfalls with the tour groups that the people at the riad helped us organize, which were both good escapes from the heat of the summer. The staff also helped us organize our shuttles to and from the airport, which was a huge relief since we had limited phone service and no internet! Definitely one of my favorite travel experiences and that is largely because of the kindness of everyone at the riad.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 week and the service and facilities here are fantastic. It was our first time in Marrakesh which can be overwhelming. Fuzia and Younes are both so welcoming and as soon as we arrived Fuzia showed us around the riad and all the activities they had on offer. We wanted to do a hot air balloon and a trip to the waterfalls and it was so easy to book and the companies they used to the excursions were faultless. Payment was super relaxed as it can be tricky to get cash in Marrakesh sometimes but they never put any pressure on us for this. We also booked a massage which we were able to have at the same time and it was such a relaxing experience. The riad is super relaxed and it felt like we were the only ones here some days. Our room was comfortable and the air con (super important as it’s so hot) actually made us feel too cold sometimes it was that good. I would strongly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a home away from home in your trip to Marrakesh.

From the moment we entered the riad, we had a very pleasant feeling. The lighting, the good smell, the cleanness, the deco and the warm welcome. Everywhere, it is furnished and decorated with great taste. We only had breakfast, and it was wonderful. Fouzia was adorable and helpful and the father of the owner who was there when we arrived was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was excellent, but most importantly, the service! From the moment we booked until we left we experienced nothing but excellent service. Great tips from Fouzia, clean rooms and delicious breakfast from Leila and Najat, good guiding and evening company from Hicham and the warmest and most professional welcome from Younes. We will miss both the spot and the people. Riad Cologne and Spa has that extra spark!

I would not recommend staying here. I visited Morocco for 10 days and stayed at 5 different Riads, this was worst value for my money. Location is not good, service folks have can't do attitude. We had issue with the air conditioner, and was told, this is machine nothing they can do. After complaining loudly, finally got a technician to look at it, found dirty filters, like they have never been cleaned.

Recommendations From the moment you enter this tranquil and amazing Riad Cologne "Germany mind set", The staff greet you with genuine joy & sincerity, such a welcome change than other hotels. Nothing is too much trouble i was maintained throughout my stay & by all members of staff and unique experience with RIAD COLOGNE , like family Any questions I had prior to arrival were dealt with almost instantly by email, organising guided tours, booking transportation, even i tried Moroccan traditional Hamman with Clay and massage that I can't explain.... Special mention to lovely ladies in the Hamman Spa Room was super clean, gorgeous provided, safety was assured naturally we could contact front desk to organise with the driver , although Marrakech felt safe
