Club Alpina Apartments

Rooms were very dark and you needed a light on even during the day, not that they made much difference they are so low wattage and not enough utensils for self catering. Our balcony was tiny, approx 6ft long by 3ft wide with only room for two chairs and a small table and that was a squeeze considering it was supposed to be a 4 person apartment. Cleaners come in every day, beds were very comfortable and changed regularly and the pool area is really clean and tidy with a lovely separate pool for the kids. The slides only come in at certain times and they charge for the ‘posh’ sun beds. Staff can be quite annoying if you’re trying to relax, asking you to join in games all the time, asking you to book a meal or get a tattoo or your nails or hair done. Constantly being watched incase you bring your own food or drink around the pool. The bus to Marmaris town centre is just round the corner, number 3, only 25 lira each. Then the orange bus to Icmeler is 30 lira each. There are 3 big supermarkets just round the corner as well. The shop in the hotel isn’t owned by them and is quite expensive.

Just back from a 10 night holiday at club Alpine marmaris resepsion staff are nice and helpful. Pool bar and restaurant staff were really good and made you welcome. Ozzy the Rep is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I only have 2 complaints 1) if you are you staying there for your evening meal you are asked on your way out where are you going self-catering means you can go where you want to go 2) as I sed I just back after 10 nights the maid went in the room every day but not once did she changed the bedding she only gave me 1 clean towel and I had ask for it. I went in the room to shower and get ready she had been in and left me a bath towel and a hand towel I looked for the food mat for coming out the shower but she had taken it away I was terrified coming back out the shower but as I said that's the only 2 negative things I can say

Just returned from club alpina staff were so friendly made us feel very welcome felt like we were going there for years even tho first time. We had teenagers with us so we give them single beds which meant we had fold out couch which was not ideal for adults would suit small kids better we had to pay for air conditioning and safe in room and there was no WiFi in rooms but you can avail of it beside pool and in pool bar. Rooms cleaned daily by changing linen and emptying bins. Bar staff were great but would recommend that they change acts every night rather than same possibly do more like that for kids during day but do something different for adults at night. Huge applause and appreciatiation for Steve,Jimmy,Eddie,Heidi,Mickey and Alex for keeping us entertained you boys and gal are great. Hassan the photographer provided us with great photo album that captured lovely poses and was great as helped me download photos as I'm not a tech wiz so left me that I could take more snaps on phone. Gunier the hairdresser was lovely. Translated language for the tattoo artist but made sure everything was to your pleasement even rang in nail technician so I could get them done before coming home. She even took me to bank link on moped as I had no cash with me after I got them done. Would recommend you take pounds cash with you as mostly deal in cash and everything in shops priced in pounds Defo would go back .

Absolutely disgusting staff and hotel we were recently there left after 4 days came back home cut the holiday short as did a few people a woman and her child were sexualy abused and the cleaning staff were caught stealing out of two separate rooms.. the food was disgusting and heavy overpriced, and the wee guy at the shop attached to the hotel would massively overcharge you for everything absolutely ridiculous hotel!

Today is our last night in club alpina and we have seen so many bad reviews but I don’t think that people are being honest! The staff are very helpful and friendly.. and they ALL made us feel VERY comfortable this week, and we are two young girls!! Mickey Marmaris will hold a special place in our hearts… he has been so helpful, friendly and overall amazing with not only us other guests to. Rooms are cleaned once a day meaning that everything is kept clean and fresh. The food is nice, people need to keep in mind you PAY for what you get. Thankyou so much for this amazing holiday !

Amazing Hotel Apart Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Been coming for years now and nothing compares. The staff are amazing and will do anything for you. This is the perfect hotel for families not too big and easy to keep an eye on the children, lovely food and the entertainment team goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay
