Excellent - one of the best hotels I have been to , we weren’t happy with our room on the first day but where moved the second with no problem . Staff literally cannot do enough for you they are always smiling and happy , a hello from you goes a long way and they appreciate it !!! The food is unreal if you can’t find something to eat here honestly stay home , there is a massive main buffet desserts to die for , outside area with Chinese buffet and a Turkish stand with bbq foods !! Morning is great massive selection only thing no sausages / bacon but I didn’t miss it , during the day the pool bar has better quality food than other all inclusive dive been to and just as much choice . The entertainment during the day is great , night had different themes it’s not a west end show but definitely good . Will return . Weather was fantastic for near end of October

This review is of the room and reception staff ONLY. If we were reviewing the restaurant, restaurant staff, entertainment staff and grounds it would be 5* and all outstanding. The room was awful, very damp, unclean and the bathroom bordering on a health hazard. Instead of ranting I will add photographs and you can judge for yourself. The reception staff are just horrible and rude and it feels like they just don’t have time for you. The check in was atrocious, he barked times of all inclusive to us and when we asked one question he said ‘come back in morning and ask other staff’. We also went to ask if we could stay in the room one hour later on check out day and the woman pointed at a sign which said to ask on the morning of check out, it’s end of season and out of 650 rooms theres probably 50 in use so absolutely no need for this and maybe learn to speak and not point at signs. So sad as the rest of this hotel is outstanding with wonderful waiting staff and entertainment people.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, end of October and we had the most wonderful time, on our 2nd day, we rebooked for next year. Rooms are beautiful, very spacious and cleaned daily, mini bar stocked daily with water and cans of orange and Pepsi. Slippers provided also. Food is amazing, plenty of choice for everyone even fussy eaters and some evenings food is themed. Outdoor Chinese and other food options available. The staff are all friendly and so helpful. On arrival after a long journey, we were greeted by reception and checked in quickly and a porter took our bags to our rooms and explained things to us. Entertainment staff are the best! Mustafa, Moses, Gem and Su are brilliant. They made everyday fun, always taking time to come and chat with us.. we absolutely loved spending time with them and watching the entertainment shows.. every evening was different and very good!. Halloween party was brilliant, everyone enjoyed it! Plenty going on throughout out the day to keep us entertained. We did 2 excursions, jeep safari which was brilliant, expect to get wet, the Turtle beach and the mud bath. Both great days out. We loved this holiday so much, we ve rebooked for next year! I came here 11th November for a week which was my dream hotel and luckily got it cheaper out of season I had the sea view room which was amazing and room was spacious and very modern and clean staff were very polite. The entertainment was great.food was really nice only problem it was cold most days/nights. Above all that I made great friends whilst there who I still keep in touch with so was just an amazing hotel and holiday I would definitely book there again 5

The hotel is amazing the reception is really helpful and the places are really clean. the cleaners come into your room everyday and make your room spotless restaurant is good every day and many options to choose from, they also have two food stalls outside the restaurant and a ice cream, waffle part aswell with loads of different seasonings for the desserts. Pool is spacious and the hotel has another 2 pools aswell like the relaxing pool and kids pool and the main one for everybody, ENTERTAINMENT TEAM WAS REALLY REALLY AMAZING!! They are all a lovely bunch of people and are living/fun. They have so many activities during the day time like pool games ect! And su one of the entertainers is literally like my best friend! you couldn’t meet anyone better! She is also the best dance partner and u won’t stop dancing all night!

1st time travelling to Turkey. Stayed 5-15 October 2024. Requested see view and see below picture from room 2136. Beautiful weather. Around 28 degrees every day. Upon check-in you are given 2 towel cards which you can use in the spa area -1 level. The shop, hairdressers and main restaurant is also located. Spa area has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Booked a few massages and they were amazing. Waiters/ cleaners, work very hard and some have a good level of English. Food was very good. Lots of choice and variety. Upon check-out the female receptionist (blonde hair) was not very friendly. Just took the card and said ok. Maybe not good English or having a bad day. As other receptionist would ask you if you had a good stay etc. but that says more about her and her poor attitude.
