The most disgraceful and disrespectful hotel experience we’ve ever encountered.
Due to a one-day mistake in the booking, we tried to change the date immediately through Trip.com — with no success. We then went directly to the hotel, hoping for a simple shift or at least a civilized conversation.
Instead, we were met with complete arrogance and contempt. The manager refused to even speak to us, hiding behind the receptionist and ignoring us completely. No help. No courtesy. No humanity.
They charged us $160 for a room we never used and made it painfully clear they had no intention of offering any flexibility, decency, or basic customer service.
It felt like theft — plain and simple.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. If you make even a small error, they’ll gladly take your money and treat you like garbage.
