I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was well-deserved. I stayed here with my family for a short break and had a truly lovely experience. The rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, the indoor entertainment made up for it, and there was a great variety of food to choose from. I also treated myself to a Turkish bath at the hotel, where we were warmly greeted by a lovely gentleman named Misrat, who offered a great deal for both me and my daughter. It was a 10/10 experience! The massage by Mita was amazing — I honestly can’t fault a single thing. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable family break.

Great service and modern hotel with a great position in marmaris,only a short stroll to the beach and 35mins to the centre of marmaris ,hotel was very helpful and always on hand..Good food and good selection…all inclusive...still lovely weather in November

This Hotel is Average, wouldn’t come back though Maybe wrong time to come had few bad experiences either the moody locals / Turkish and Russian’s no manners at all Room is small not clean Food average And hotel only give WiFi in lobby not in room they want you to pay extra for Want extra pay for tv There is a monitor on the wall that controls lights and keeps us awake it’s that bright Staff are pleasant apart from one man in the restaurant who spoke in his language after I said I wanted a full cup of coffee was no at all happy with him

having a really good time, met a lot of friends. the entertainment in the day is really fun. the rooms are really modern and the food has been brilliant. good location for walking round the shops and bars. it’s a really modern decorated hotel feels brand new.

When we arrived it was 5am in morning so was tried but they help us with our bags to our room breakfast wasn't good but still managed to have coffee lunch was better so was dinner couldn't fault anything there needs were comfortable staff were friendly and welcoming

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The food is lovely. I’m not sure I would say it’s 5* but it’s definitely enjoyable. Joey from entertainment is brilliant. Location is brilliant and close to the beach. You can get to iclemer for about 50p and the bust stops outside hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff, always willing to help. Food good and varied. Good fun games during day, varied evening entertainment. Very clean, regular changing of bedding and towels. Poolside towels available, we travelled as a couple for 10 days in October.

Just got back from this hotel after 10 days , our holiday didn’t start off good here but customer relations tried her best to sort thongs out she was very apologetic about the welcome we received on arrival, but things still didn’t go well only 1 toilet on lower ground no toilet in the lobby which isn’t ideal for people like me with mobility issues, food was not great very bland and same every day boiled beef boiled chicken no flavor whatsoever, the hotel staff were not very friendly not even a smile off them, we checked put today i am a 52 yr old woman with health/mobility issues i did not get any help bringing our luggage to our taxi when i asked for help i didn’t receive it either 3 suitcases 2 side bags which myself and my daughter had to drag out from the hotel onto the main rd where taxi was waiting not very nice and definitely not a 5 star hotel treatment, hence why i felt the need to leave this review today

An amazing hotel, with fantastic staff! I was thoroughly pleased with my time at Lalila Blue. Everything was so clean, modern and pretty! Food was amazing. I will definitely be returning. The best parts of this hotel are 1. Lesley The TUI rep Give this lady a pay rise TUI or a promotion . Best rep I’ve ever seen working for TUI , and we’ve had approx 20 TUI holidays . Didn’t book any trips with her but they didn’t stop her enthusiasm or her helpfulness. Usually if you don’t go on trips they don’t bother with you . GIVE THIS LADY PROMOTION PLEASE !!! LOVELY LOVELY LADY AMD SO CARING THST YOU HAVE THE BEST TIME . 2. The Turkish bath and massage You MUST do this when you are here. The best massage I have ever had in my life and the prices are excellent , you must book this . Food - not so great , but fresh omelettes outside made to order I would recommend . Snack bar does pizza , fries, onion rings burgers , the usual Nighttime bit hit and miss and desserts look great but all taste the same Drinks - Big big let down , all watered down , we just used it for coke and put on our own vodka . This is a massive let down and needs to be sorted . The best drink was an iced latte with “ baileys “ but weak as heck alcohol wise All in all a good week for the price we paid which was £450 each bargain .

An excellent holiday with brilliant food and a good variety. The entertainment team was fantastic and always got people involved. The rooms were very clean and all staff were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Had a lovely time with my partner for 9 nights stay at the hotel. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food was very good for all inclusive standards, with wide variety of options. Rooms were modern and beds were very comfortable. Pool was cold but welcomed on a warm day. A plethora of activities. We also attended the spa one day which was very relaxing.

Cannot fault our experience at this hotel. Great service, cleanliness 10/10. The staff cannot do enough for you. You will never go hungry or thirsty here. The entertainment people are lovely. They always have something planned. The location of the hotel is fantastic as well for shopping, a bar crawl nice restaurant. Overall I would and will be returning to this hotel. Lovely amazing place.

To the Senior Management Team and Hotel Owner, I would strongly advise vegans and vegetarians to avoid this hotel. The staff clearly lack a basic understanding of dietary requirements. For instance, they use the same oil to fry chips as they do for fish and other non-vegetarian items, showing a complete disregard for food contamination concerns. This is unacceptable, particularly for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. This message is specifically directed to senior management and ownership: I urge you to thoroughly review how your Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), Delnia handles guest complaints. Blacklisting customers for providing honest, constructive feedback is not a professional approach. Instead of silencing criticism, take it as an opportunity to reflect, acknowledge where things went wrong, and commit to genuine improvements. Apologizing when necessary is not a weakness—it’s a sign of responsibility and leadership. In our case, we struggled with food during the first half of our stay. Things slightly improved in the second half, but the overall handling of our concerns was both arrogant and dismissive—shocking for a hotel ranked #2 on TripAdvisor. It doesn’t deserve the TA Travellers Choice award. It’s also baffling how the hotel has accumulated so many positive reviews that don’t align with our experience. The spa, for example, was mostly empty, yet access was limited due to an unnecessarily strict booking system. We were repeatedly told the sauna was booked, yet found it unused every time we checked. If you have such facilities, let your guests use it without making a big deal about it. Additionally, food labeling is dangerously inaccurate. Some desserts were labeled as egg-free but later confirmed to contain eggs upon inquiry. This is a serious health risk—someone with a food allergy could suffer life-threatening consequences. Please take this issue with the seriousness it deserves. When family rooms are available, they should be offered to families by default. Initially, we were assigned two separate rooms opposite each other, which is impractical for a family of four. Though this was eventually resolved, the CRM handled the situation very poorly, more focused on lecturing us than offering empathetic support. Helping customers should come from a place of genuine care, not reluctance. All family rooms were available when we checked in. We considered adjusting our rating slightly based on the second half of our stay, but the dismissive treatment an we’ve experienced changed our minds. If you think blacklisting honest reviewers is an acceptable response, it’s time to reassess your customer service philosophy. Delnia kept asking us to either remove it or edit it. Why act only when things have escalated to that point?! A special mention must go to Mesut in the restaurant—he genuinely tried to help and understood the struggle we faced. Amazing, friendly, small run hotel. The staff were welcoming throughout, especially in both the bars. Our favourites were Bekir, Sultan, Emre, Pesil and Masut. We enjoyed a turkish bath and the spa. We will definitely return but with our own pillows as the ones in the hotel were not very soft.
