The staff I meet here were totally amazing welcoming friendly respectful and always happy to help and serve you with a smile pelda and yunus were always the key soul of the bar pleasant to chat to and listen to with a smile all day long 🙂🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Family of 6, our daughter harper loved kids club and the girls in there running it are doing a fantastic job chloe,brogan & alisia are great Keep up the good work, and we will definitely see you again next year, all staff throughout hotel are great but our favorites are the kids club staff

Just by chance I noticed another review on here from 2 weeks ago by a gentleman called Ben, I’ve experienced exactly what he had to endure, attempted to get a family member a day pass in which they requested £50, nowhere it declared £50, not on the website, not in writing and the managers response was “you don’t have to use the facilities here” along with the receptionist staff laughing and talking amongst themselves, with one of the male staff saying “I wasn’t talking to you” then proceeding to laugh, I have stayed in this hotel 3 years in a row previously and never have I ever had to deal with such disrespectful and foul behaviour, this hotel needs to be assessed for its reception staff/ manager and mannerisms. Disgusting.

I’ll start with the good points Bed is extremely comfy Bar is well stocked Maids are lovely, bottled water each day, shower is strong, rooms are clean, staff are friendly Food is plentiful Now on to the bad points The aircon is old and is more like a jail aircon than an actual system, when we arrived the balcony door was broken. Our shower drain is also broken with cracks in the floor, dangerous as it could easily slice your foot open Day 4 in to our holiday and we’re both sick. Vomiting and diareahh we’ve been confined to our room for 2 days solid Kids and adults picking up food with hands, taking bites out of food and leaving it on the counter which has probably caused our illness. Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over. Would I return? Not a chance I’ll go to the diamond next time

This is a really lovely hotel (one of the best we’ve been to for food ,cleanliness ,bar ,pool and facilities) BUT REALLY LACKING in entertainment ,the night entertainment is in what they call the amphitheater (big stone steps in a semi circle facing the stage ) behind the bar ,out of the way out of sight ,not practical for a 62yr old ,you can’t sit back because the persons feet behind you are there ,obviously no tables or anything for drinks .there are 3 bars (four if you count the one not included in the all inclusive) 2 outdoor ones and one indoor . we only had one good night in the 7 days we were there ,when one of the outside bars had a band on .if you ask any bar staff if there is something on at night their automatic response is “I think so,maybe “ so you just have to sit there until 9 ish when the kids disco starts in the amphitheater and go around to that, then there is bingo on after the kids disco ,in the bar around the front of the amphitheatre, but that’s about it ,unless you want to sit on cold stone steps with no drink 🙈 and watch an act .we ended up playing cards most nights ,luckily there were 10 of us ,so we entertained ourselves (really ….we played our own music on our phones one night ) if there was any other entertainment at this hotel it was well hidden…all this hotel needs to be fantastic ,is an act or karaoke in the second outside bar every night .it would have made our holiday perfect. There were lots of problems with the lifts the one by our room on the fourth floor didn’t work ,or the next one ,so it was quite a trek just to get to one that worked then it was very slow ,as it was so busy 🙈 I honestly would have overlooked the lifts wouldn’t have been a major issue ,but the entertainment was key to us having a great holiday experience…..this hotel failed miserably I meant to take photos of the amphitheatre before we left but forgot,the couple of photos I’ve put on you can just about see the stone steps in the background
