5* I'm afraid it's not !!! We arrived at around 11pm on Saturday night for 2 weeks checked in and was told there is soup and sandwiches in the restaurant This is when I should have gone back to the airport Soup was so weak and definitely no sandwiches We ended up going on the main drag to get a takeaway Then back Back to room to find out our remote key is unresponsive Eventually it let us in this happend all the 2 weeks we was here apart from the Fri the day before we checked out they decided that they would cancel our keys !!! On one occasion we came back to no water from taps etc and shower head totally blocked They said did you ring to tell us (Er no we've been out all day !!!) Oh and Just be aware of the mozzys in the bathroom they do bite Lunch and dinner was adequate Now for the entertainment ( piano man ) Enough said especially when we have a 12 yo boy with us Hotel advertised entertainment every night we asked what's going on only to be Told it's been raining for last two weeks before we got there so we'll see what we can do ( we had 1 night of rain which lasted a hour ) during our stay Well if you call a DJ that did 2 nights Starting at 9.00 and finishing at 9.10 Because nobody apart from us 4 was there So it's back to piano man (great if you want to go and be depressed) That's if you can find anyone to serve you Room was a family large double and 2 singles see photos for conditions we had to keep requesting the cleaner to actually come and do there job The photos are actually after they cleaned !!! Mini bar total rip off £16 for 1 beer and 2 cokes even tried to say that the beers I purchased from outside was what they put in Pool absolutely freezing and steps dangerously loose We continually complained to management with the same response every time (sorry) As a round up Find somewhere else to stay And please do give the boys next door in Irish bar (which as everything in turkey isn't really a genuine Irish bar ) A go at least you'll get served And now please do check out the genuine and honest response for this hotel (just as if it was written by a human lol yer right )

The hotel it was very good, friendly staff, the room is clean but they need to invest a little bit more. The Animation team it was amazing, friendly, always with the smile in the face any time off the day.

Our stay at Elegance was truly wonderful — relaxing, comfortable, and full of warm hospitality. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and perfectly located right by the sea. Everything was well-organized and beautifully maintained. We would especially like to highlight two amazing staff members who made our experience even more special: Kemal and Derya. Always kind, smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their service was outstanding, and we genuinely felt like we were being looked after by friends. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Elegance team — but especially to Kemal and Derya — for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. We will definitely come back!

Dear Elegance Hotel Management, Very £££££££ terrible service Avoid this restaurant for dinner on the pontoon.... I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent dining experience at your hotel restaurant on the evening of our final vacation night, June 11th, 2025. While the initial impression of the hotel's ambiance, with its sophisticated setting overlooking the sea and the glimmer of moonlight, promised a perfect end to our holiday, the reality of our dining experience was far from satisfactory. Our party of six adults was seated at 7:10 PM. We were left unattended for 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. The drinks were then served at different times and had to be returned three times due to inaccuracies. Following this, the main menus were presented, but we had to prompt the staff as our food order had not yet been taken. To our surprise, we were left with only two menus for a party of six. After another 40 minutes of waiting with no waiter attending our table, we had to request someone to take our food order. The food order for both starters and main courses was taken at once. Only four of our party ordered starters. However, the two individuals who did not order starters were inexplicably served the sides from their main courses as if they were appetizers. Compounding this issue, four of the six main courses were brought to our table while we were still eating our starters, and these were simply left to get cold. Approximately 110 minutes after our arrival, it became clear that two of our main courses had not arrived at all. When we inquired about the missing meals, our waiter ignored us. Upon approaching another waiter, he acknowledged that the situation was unacceptable. We were then offered another main course, one of the two missing, with an additional 15-minute wait, by which time everyone else had finished their meals. We naturally declined this offer. The culmination of this dreadful experience was being presented with a bill that included items we had not received. When we refused to pay for these missing items, we were told, "It's the waiter's fault, he got it all wrong. he can pay the bill for you," which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally, two managers emerged at 10:45 PM, seemingly to address our concerns, but their response was dismissive, offering only free drinks and placing all blame on the waiter. This entire experience was utterly terrible, and to be charged for food we did not receive is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid your restaurant at all costs. £££££££ very expensive for have an unpleasant experience Sorry for the long review, just don't want anyone else to get ripped off.

Just returned after a 12 night stay ..having stayed a few times previous with friends ...must say the reception staff despite the slight language differences are welcoming and happy to greet you ...on this occasion we were given a very nice surprise by the reception staff and mr jinx which was really appreciated by us thanks again .....moving on the hotel is always kept in spotless condition ..the range of food is very good from the restaurant and served an kept clean by the waiting on staff ...theres 2 pools at this hotel we spent a lot of the time at the rear pool which is a quiet pool as such ...the snacks there were great for nibbles etc ...must give a massive shout out to the barman /waiter called fatiah he was an absolute credit to the hotel was always happy smiling an despite the heat worked tirelessly around the area ...all in all we find this hotel for location / price / an just general feel for the place more than meets our needs ..and will be returning in october to have another great week there ....thanks

The hotel is amazing, good rooms, clean and the bed was very good. Terrific food, a lot of varieties. and the most friendly people I have met in my life. You always had the feeling they want to give you an unforgettable time. And ofcourse the weather was great. We had the best time of our life.

This hotel was good, but there no was no entertainment for kids especially and they were really bored because of that. Most of the bars were closed. They didn’t have many variety of foods in the buffet area. No tea/coffee in the rooms which I was surprised about. And no WIFI IN THE ROOMS, even though it’s mentioned that they have WiFi in the rooms, we had to go into the lobby area to use WiFi. I would not recommend any families to go here!!!

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. I'd rate it a 3-star hotel. Food is nothing exceptional your typical all inclusive fayre. Drinks very disappointing local brands Only got Vodka Whisky Gin and Tuborg beer on all inclusive drinks. Can't fault cleanliness.

Here is a brief account of our recent all inclusive stay at the Elegance hotel in Marmaris from 1st to 8th of April this year which I am afraid didn’t live up to our expectations by a long shot. The hotel location, the cleanliness of the hotel and the the rec eption staff were all superb. However because of the unfortunate weather in Marmaris that week we were confined to the hotel quite a bit. The choice of food in the dining hall was more than sufficient, however the food as a hole was never hot especially the soup selections. The hot food preparation area had several heated containers albeit without any covering lids hence the luke warm food, DISAPPOINTING. The “bar area” was never manned and numerous trips were made to reception to summon a staff member, DISAPOINTING. As for the “bar area” I have seen a better selection of alcohol in many a shopping trolleys at our local supermarket and indeed my friends refused to drink the vodka saying and I quote “ it tastes like battery acid” perhaps an exaggeration but tasted vile nonetheless. As for the solitary choice of beer I was unable to drink it as it was giving me indigestion , something I haven’t had to endure since I stopped smoking 27 years ago. I should also point out that we observed numerous guests throughout our stay leaving unfinished drinks for the same reason I am sure and their bar staff could testify to that also, The reception area coffee shop was not regularly staffed and on one occasion after waiting some time we actually ended up serving ourselves. DISAPPOINTING. The issues raised could perhaps be attributed to a 1, 2 or 3 star hotel but certainly is not what might ever be expected of a 5 star establishment in such a location. We consequently ate out on six different occasions and were literally on a first name basis with the bar staff in the Irish Bar next door because of our frequent visits. We had a combined spend in excess of £660, so much for all inclusive. I should also point out that this is the first time ever in over 50 years of travel that I felt obliged to make a formal complaint it is DISAPPOINTING that I had to do so. Finally while I am fully aware that 4 guests complaining in the greater scheme of things may not matter very much but the issues discussed here must have been conveyed to the hotel management on numerous occasions by other guests and failing to deal with them is a massive oversight on their behalf. Being a 5 STAR hotel I didn’t read the reviews on this hotel before booking if I had I would certainly have booked elsewhere. I strongly advise you to do the same.
