The massages were totally worth the money it was absolutely awesome!!! the staff were so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. I had a full body massage turkish bath and facial, the man did a deal for me and it was unreal, really made the experience of the hotel for me.

The staff are amazing, always helpful and friendly. The restaurant was beautiful the food was amazing from breakfast to evening meals, the deserts where so beautiful we had several each, the only complaint would be that the desserts are not labelled so it is a bit of a guess and you may not like it. The snack bar food was excellent. Some of the guest were rude and vulgar, this hotel is for families and couples. Some guests thought that they could behave badly - bad language round the pool and a lot of shouting put us off staying round the pool and we went to the beach most days. I feel sorry for the families that had children as they would have had to suffer this. We try to go to Marmaris and Icmeler twice a year. We will probably not return to this hotel although a different week and different guests could be a different story. The Spa team Speedy and his Ladies were amazing. Me and my partner had been seriously ill and the Ladies at the spa revived us taking away stress and pains we’ve had for years. We could have spent all day every day being pampered like this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you helped my Lady. You made her feel like herself again. Thank you.

We have booked the resort for an all inclusive 8 nights holiday and we couldn't recommend it higher, staff have been excellent, Speedy has been incredible at arranging spa and massages and we had the incredible Jenny and her team take care of us on our spa day where we got to experience the Turkish baths and other services. We will definitely be back and we will be recommending the resort to family and friends for sure, me and my wife have loved every second so far! Teşekkürler Grand Paşa!

This first time travelling to Marmaris and was not disappointed. Staff at hitel friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Entertainment with Connor and Becky was amazing made you welcome and felt involved. Food was nice and varied. Had 6 nights away and amazing beak away definitely go back. Thank you to all staff for warm hospitality

The hotel is lovely and the spa is exceptional, I would visit again just for the spa, had the most relaxing facial and best massage I've ever had, Speedy, Jenny and team are fantastic. Hotel is very clean, rooms serviced to a high standard with a good selection of food throughout the day. Entertainment was very good for so early in the season. Well worth a visit xx

Brilliant Hotel, lots of activities to do here such as aqua gym and the darts game. Came here for 2 weeks and would love to come back. The staff are friendly and kind and would help you at any time. The entertainment team (Zayn, Connor, Hannah, Betty, George and Ali) are the funnest entertainment team you can meet. The food is phenomenal and the shows that they put on at the nighttime are amazing. The Kenyan acrobatics show and the broadway show were my favourite but the others were brilliant aswell. On Mondays and Thursdays they host a game of Bingo and on the other nights there is a scratchcard to win 2000 lira. I would definitely come back here.

We came here last week from Brighton England . It was our first time at this hotel Me my man and my kid defected loved . We will definitely come back next year. Hotel location is 4/5 minutes away from beach 3/4 minutes from main street and shops supermarkets are so close . We loved everywhere is so close . Entertainment team are so good . Fabulous hotel. The entertainment team and staff make this place extra special. Big thanks to Connor zayne and Hannah for making us laugh every day. Plenty of food choice, rooms spacious and cleaned everyday. Staff can not do enough for you. Will be back.

Had a great week away at Grand Pasa hotel  Although I'm still in Turkey because my flight has been cancelled due to the IT global issues on Friday. Grand Pasa Hotel is amazing. Everything you need is here, shops bars, restaurant and snack bar. The pool is a good size and it has 3 waterslides onsite too. The food choices are very good with plenty to select to suit all. There is a snack bar open during the day if you miss the selected food times in the restaurant. Drinks at the bar are good with beers, cocktails or soft drinks are available. The staff on site are all really good, I honestly didn't have one problem and had some that clearly went above expectations, the pool did a great job making sure everything was tidy and layed out well, they also make every effort to get you sunbeds where you want when in groups. Charlie was brilliant especially. The restaurant and bar team worked so hard and always friendly and had a good laugh with you. Camel was awesome as a standout but in truth there was many.  The hotel is very close to all shops and a very short walk takes you there where you can buy anything from clothes, jewellery, toys gifts or explore bars and restaurants. Overall it was another excellent holiday here and my second visit. The hotel has had an upgrade with making the snack area much bigger and now created lots of extra space with a roof top sunlounge area and seating area. And finally the entertainment team. The team add so much to the holiday, I can not say in words just how great they all are. The team is headed up by Mete not only does a brilliant job, but he clearly runs the team to achieve the very best for all guests. I have traveled regularly to hotels around lots of country's and must say this entertainment team is the best. Why? Because they are extremely friendly, want to encourage you to join in and have the best time. They will also let you just enjoy your day if you don't want to join in. The evening shows are brilliant and varied. One night we had a party called Cappadocia and it was amazing!! The effort put in by the whole team for that night clearly was huge but they did it for all the guests and if you are lucky to see it, you will love it. Mete, Betty, Connor, Hanna, Ali and all the entertainment team did the best job and made the holiday so much more. It's hard to pick just one as my stand out from the entertainment team, and it was very close between Mete and Betty but I feel Betty was my favourite and is an absolute star! I would without doubt visit again and actually plan to do so for my next holiday.

Went with my partner, flew from Cardiff with Tui, all inclusive for a week, Airline was freebird, very good. Room Nice big room with balcony. King sized bed and single, comfortable mattress and pillows. Fridge in room but have to pay to stock it, didn't bother, just used for water. Safe is 2 euro's a day. Good wardrobes and bathroom, nice walk in shower. Food The food was very good. Lots of choice, themed nights. They had a curry table which we enjoyed most nights, beef madras, dupiaza, tika marsala, bombay aloo etc, all very tasty, as good as any take away. Loads of salad, kiddy options and variety. 1/2 stone heavier as a result. Breakfast good although no proper sausage or bacon, but eggs in every form, mushrooms, beans, toast potatoes etc. Coffee machines and bar accessible to guests, didn't have to use waiters. They have a microwave available as one or two items where luke warm even though in heated containers. No complaints here. Lifts 5 floors, 2 lifts off reception, all good. Bars 2 bars open 8-midnight, by pool and near reception. Good staff, never had to wait long. All local spirits free but if you asked for a named brand or a cocktail not on the menu then they charge. I drank the beer, very nice, gin, vodka and dark rum, all good. Partner drank wine and no complaints. No sparkly stuff in all inclusive. Choice of basic cocktails but too sweet for me. Pool Nice big pool with sperate pool where water slides finsihed, there was a kiddy pool. Pool got very busy in the day, other issue being it is quite deep, same depth all over, no shallow end. I am 5ft 10in and was top of my shoulders, my partner couldn't stand up. No big deal but meant no ball games. They did aqua gym in the slide plunge pool, slightly shallower but no good once slides open in the afternoon. They have music during the day. There are not enough sunbeds to go around so be down before 9am or go to the beach. I went down 8.45am and had no issues but not height of season in July. Beach We walked to the beach 2 days, 10 minute walk. Some parts are shingle, some sand. We walked along and went to the beds by the hotel Caprea, 5 mins from our hotel beach which is shingle, Caprea has really good waiters, let us have the beds for free as we bought a few drinks. If you eat then typically £30 for a full day with 4x2 drinks, beer, coke etc. Hotel entertainment They have a good team who do lots of activity in the day and at night. They go into Marmaris most nights at 11pm on free shuttle bus, comes back at 3am. We went in and went to Tiger Tiger in beer street, strip of bars and clubs. Was £7 a drink so we left and went to a bar, lots of fun. Got taxi back as couldn't walk properly at 1am, cost us 10 euro. Out and about There is a nice paved walkway along the beach that goes from the hotel end all the way to Marmaris (3km ish). Loads of bars along this walkway, 3.25 for 2 cocktails, 1.10 for beer, good value and great fun. Walk down to the beach and turn left. One night we took

I’ve been come to grand pasa for 9 years now with my daughter and I’ve also brought other family members here and they love this hotel now and can’t wait to come back next year. But myself and my daughter are coming back in August for 2 weeks and we can’t wait. We feel like we are at home when we are here. The entertainment team is amazing this year Ali is fantastic and a very hard worker and so is his team they all go out of their way to make sure we all have fun the shows and pool party's have been fantastic a big special thanks to Hannah and connor for keeping us all happy. Hannah is the best we had so much with her everyday she is great. This hotel is the best we have been to in the 19 years of coming to turkey. The staff are amazing very polite and helpful with everyone. The rooms are always cleaned everyday clean towels everyday. We didn’t go to the spa this time but when we have it’s been great and well worth the money. Can’t wait till August to come back To our second home.

I’ve been coming to grand Paşa for 9 years now with my mum and other family members and we love this hotel and can’t wait to come back in august. The entertainment team is amazing this year Ali and his team go above and beyond for everyone the shows are 100% this year we had a pool party with foam. I would like to give a great big shout out to Hannah she is amazing she is great with the water gym in the mornings. Ali is a start and keeps all this team and the Guest’s happy and having fun all day. They work so hard everyday. Everything about this hotel is amazing from how clean the rooms are kept and the staff are very polite and helpful they can’t do enough for you. Food is good and there is always something for everyone and am a very picky eater. Fantastic choices for everyone.

Came here for 10 nights with my girlfriend, and couldn’t recommend a hotel more. Got everything for families, couples, groups of friends or even solo. Staff are all really friendly and work so hard all the day, couldn’t give them more credit. Entertainment team are all class, all work hard to make everyone happy and get everyone involved, especially Zayn and Connor in our experience. Food is always great and always something to have, and all facilities, rooms and everything about this hotel made our trip so special. Be back next year 100%.
