Hotel Marbella

Amazing! Absolutely love everything about this wonderful hotel. Every member of the staff are friendly, warm, attentive and they all work super hard. Reception is run by a knowledgeable and helpful team and they always have a welcoming smile. The cleaners are amazing, every part of the hotel is spotless, smells wonderful and they always smile and greet you. The breakfast is fantastic, lots to choose from. Super tasty handmade jams, lots of variety of breads, cereal, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, lovely fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and salads. The egg station is run by an amazing lady who makes the best omelettes and eggs, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast staff work very hard to make sure everything is just right and not a crumb is left in sight, they are all very sweet and helpful. The bar staff are great, they always smile and chat with guests whilst working hard to provide a good service. The rooms are on the smaller side but nice and provide everything you need, the bathroom is a good size, with a lovely powerful multi head shower. The hairdryer isn't very powerful but worked fine for myself having short hair but I would recommend bringing your own. 2 small bottles of water were provided on arrival only and the tea, coffee and powered milk was only provided once. Rooms are spotlessly clean and made up beautifully daily but we didn't feel we needed this doing daily so popped the do not disturb sign on till we wanted it cleaning. We upgraded to a seaview room and we were so glad we did so, the views are stunning. Yigit the owner is around most mornings making sure everything is perfect and making time to chat with the guests. He was available to address any concerns and just to make sure the guests were happy. Location is perfect with it being towards the end of the promenade its relatively quiet yet still only a short walking distance from the busier area. The marina is a 30-40 minute walk away or just jump in the dolmus, tap and pay for 24 Turkish lira or 30 Turkish lira cash. There is a new bar close by that does play music till around 12am so if you are a light sleeper then maybe some earplugs would be a good Idea. We are definitely going to be returning and will be bringing our daughter, her husband and my parents. We have spoken to many guests and so many are customers that have been 4 or 5 times before and I'm not surprised at all as it really is a wonderful hotel.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of October based on reading reviews that other people had posted..all we can say is WOW everything was perfect.Our room was kept spotless by the maids.the food in the hotel was lovely and was good value for money drinks at the bar were lovely.All the staff work hard and are very friendly.we have already booked to return in 2025.

Just got back from an 11 day stay at the Marbella. Our first time ever in Turkey and we chose this hotel in part due to the reviews here. The reviews that quote the cleanliness are 100% right. The hotel is spotlessly clean with staff continually working. The room was more than adequate and the location was brilliant. Right on its own little stretch of private beach, which is superbly maintained by Fahir, apologies my friend if got your name wrong, who not only keeps it spotless but waits on with your drinks and snacks. He’s superb. The pool area is a little small but no problems with that being a couple with no kids present and the pool bar is well stocked and the snacks and meals at lunch time are delicious. A special mention to Bayram the bar waiter, great fun and so cheerful. But then all the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. The day time breakfast buffet is very good with an egg station and a good choice of other items. The evening a la cart restaurant comes with a 10% discount if you’re an hotel guest and the food is as good as any of the nearby restaurants. One slight down side people mentioned is the noise from the bar next door. It is loud but quietens down soon after midnight and tbh when we’d have a meal and a few drinks we didn’t take much rocking and unless you want a really really quiet night I would be too bothered about it. All in all a superb hotel with brilliant staff and in a great location. Would highly recommend and are already in the process of booking again for next year.
