Shocking, nowhere to have breakfast, had to drive to find somewhere, not easy on a Sunday morning when nothing opens til 10. The constant banging of doors after hours by other guests and people talking loudly outside my door (room 204) and wandering the corridors. Staff were friendly though and did try solve the noise issues by speaking to the people responsible, don't think I was the only one to complain. Rooms are dated too, very rundown, but bed was comfy, even if I didn't sleep well because of noise.

Great little travelodge. Very quiet room. Warm and comfy, super clean and sunny. Linen was well presented, even a nice clean fresh smelling ironed shower curtain. I have to say it was great value and the staff on reception clearly enjoy their jobs. Every one on front desk actually smiled and really made you feel welcome. Lovely to see. I am an air bnb host so the details above make a big impact to me. I will definatly book again. Great service, super location for motorway. Food in pub next door good too.

My friend and her 2 border collies stayed for 2 nights as we were showing at Crufts. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and given our key. The room was spotless. The only criticism we could find were the lights were quite dim for us. The shower was lovely and hot …. the room was warm with a window that actually opened. The pub next door was great we only drank there as we had the excellent Chinese takeaway a cross the road. Breakfast was a mile up the road at Singletons garden centre. The breakfast was delicious plentiful and hot. We are booking to stay at this Travelodge next year prices amazingly reasonable and only 20 minutes from NEC.

A very warm, comfy room. A little tired but the bed was really clean and the bathroom too. Great stop off as was super reasonable

The room was ok. It was clean. I wasn't happy about sleeping in a single bed though, especially when travel lodge rave about their king size beds! And not for £68. The bed was comfy though. Shower was ok once the water got hot. It suited its purpose.

The receptionist was unattended and a bit miserable. The room tired and noisy whirring throughout the night.

I arrived after hours after the pub had shut and it took me 10 minutes to find the reception entrance behind an anonymous door with an even more anonymous buzzer! But apart from that, all good....

Brad, the manager of this depressing little spot needs to be sent on a course or something because he doesn't seem to know how to deal with people or do his job. He's a rude little fellow that shouldn't be in a role where he has to talk. Very disappointed in you Brad, naughty!

The room in its self was ok but came away covered in bites , shower didn’t get hot and no fresh towels given on day 2
