Food was 'ok', but the staff were completely indifferent. No welcome greeting when we walked into the pub - staff too busy on their phones - and no/little interaction when food was placed on the table. Very disappointing customer service and felt that staff didn't value our custom!

We arrived at the Green Dragon for their Thursday Steak deal, steak chips and a drink for £18. We was expecting much, but we was in for a treat. The staff were friendly and welcoming with a warm atmosphere. The steak was tender, juicy and amazing, crispy chips and a cold pint of lager. Well worth a visit

Staff friendly but overall it lacked a lot. Food very basic, ok value wise. More suited to being a snack meal rather than a restaurant. Not impressed by the burger - very dry. The tables and furniture really need a good clean and upgrading to make this a dining pub

A lovely pub not noisy but also not quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. The food that we had was great. I had excellent fish and chips and my wife had the tender loin of Pork which she absolutely loved and gave 9/10. Had a chat with the chef who was friendly and informative about the food. Would definitely go again.

Staff fantastic, can’t fault them but food not great, I had steak pie but couldn’t find the steak just full of gravy. My son had macaroni cheese but didn’t eat it and after tasting it, well I didn’t blame him. So disappointed with the food but it was about the company

We stayed here on the Friday night of the turning of the Christmas lights which made parking a challenge! We were warmly met by Sylvi who showed us to a lovely room on the top floor via beautifully windy steps. The room was perfectly adequate ,clean and we loved the sloping floor and ceilings. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here but would recommend the accommodation. If passing we would definitely stay again.

Just popped in for something to eat. The lady who served us was lovely. She was the only good thing about the place . We both had a burger - the slice of tomato was bigger than the burger. (The burger tasted nice) but was swamped by the roll that small. The coleslaw was served on same board and by time got to us the liquid had seeped and made the bottom of the roll/bun soggy. Chips ok. The duck buns we had were ok. Just not worthy of the price. Rather of gone McDonald's.

It says a lot about a pub when the staff are swearing behind the bar and also having a burping competition between themselves and pretending they are characters from scooby doo🤔. Lack of customer interaction and pouring of drinks like it was an effort. The music on the jukebox was good👍

Looking for a good pub for a nice beer and home cooked food and found a nice friendly atmosphere for all ages here. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ordered Steak and Mushroom pie and Veg which was very nice. Beer is on the expensive side £5.60 for a Moretti.
