The hotel overall was okay, pools are nice and the food was okay, The staff however was very disrespectful, front desk was very arrogant, the rooms was not cleaned properly and no elevators to make easy access for the older ones. Upon arriving there was only one trolley guy so the others had to roll their suitcases for themselves. It was very uncomfortable.

The experience was amazing !!! My family visited the resort for my birthday . It was love at first sight . The hotel exceeded our expectations Alot of activities to choose from .the ladies at the paddle boat Luisana,ana, scarleth and Ismael were very friendly and helpful . The food was a lot to choose from and catered for most people . I most enjoyed the layout of the resort!!

Great family hotel with lots of activities all around. This place is huge. The staff is really friendly and helpful. With 3 restaurants you have lots of food to choose from. From breakfast to dinner the food is great. The place is clean from pool side to beach lots of seating areas. I always choose this hotel for my Margarita trip. The kids section is also nice full with activities for the kiddos. Just great place no complaints. Really family oriented. Would recommend this place over and over. the staff cannot speak english, even those at the lobby, so it was difficult,there is no coffee available throughout the day, only at mealtimes, none in the room, they only provide bath towels, so walk with your hand towels and rags, the staff was courteous but not friendly, i met 3 who were, ANGEL located at the lagoon, ELIZABETH AND BENJAMIN at tilipia restaurant. if you have to get to the entertainment, cinema, or any form of what is advertised, you have a good walk, or you can wait for the truck/bus to take you which is bumpy the room was clean, but there is a lot of flies on the outside - pool lounger and bar area. the food was basic - good, clean, nothing to say wow.... no orange juice available, the snack everyday was hotdog and burgers, no variation. although they advertised 4 restaurant, each one has the same menu so it makes not sense going to another. the beach is cold and very rough not for kids or non swimmers. the night entertainment was poor. on a scale of 1-10 i say its a five.

We booked through a local travel agency which was the best decision. Whilst the flight was delayed both ways thankfully it was a short travel time. Upon exit at the airport our lovely guide Melly from Hover Tours welcomed us. She ensured everyone was accounted for to and from the resort, and made sure our return chwck in was smooth. The hotel was approximately 45 mins from the airport. She was an excellent host. Melly was available round the clock for any assistance. We were very thankful that she spoke fluent English. The trip included a free shopping tour which took one day in the trip. The drive was approximately 1 hour one way. I would definitely skip that the next time. Service, room, food, and drinks were great. They had a wide variety of everything..... lots of activities for the kids, and adults. The hotel grounds/facilities never felt crowded, lots of swimming pools (kids included), lounge areas, huts, bars, restaurants , lovely nature trails. There was transport around the hotel from early morning to 11 pm. Caution to the traveller who may be a vegan/eats no meat. Most of the dishes included some type of meat/ same cutlery used. The same applies for any allergies, the food labels were vague/not much of the staff spoke English. Overall it a definite must try all inclusive, budget friendly with lots of sand, sea, food, drinks, and fun.

the hotel is poor, very large, very stretched, poor, unmaintained infrastructure, Venezuelans have hearing problems, the music is always playing so loud that you can't sit still and relax, people respect that there are different guests, how can you play music that hurts your ears, hotel this is not a disco!!! language problem, learn English because the whole world doesn't speak Spanish, Venezuela is not the center of the world in this way. not attracting new tourists, it is quite dirty, the beach is poor, the service is generally nice, my conclusion is that this country is not yet ready for tourists of a certain standard, there are a lot of guests from Russia, which I didn't like. very poor, Venezuela is not yet prepared to receive guests, I will not come again, very noisy hotel, people who work there probably have a problem with their hearing hotel pobre, muy grande, muy estirado, infraestructura pobre y sin mantenimiento, los venezolanos tienen problemas de audición, la música siempre suena tan alta que no puedes sentarte y relajarte, la gente respeta que haya diferentes invitados, ¿cómo puedes poner música que duele? tus oídos, hotel esto no es una discoteca!!! problema de idioma, aprende ingles porque el mundo entero no habla español, Venezuela no es el centro del mundo en este sentido. no atrae nuevos turistas, está bastante sucia, la playa es mala, el servicio en general es bueno, mi conclusión es que este país aún no está preparado para recibir turistas hasta cierto punto, hay muchos huéspedes de Rusia, lo cual no hice 'T como
