Modern, beautiful house "Ginesteres". Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Argentona, in a quiet position on a slope, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden, natural garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (12 x 4 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Oct.). Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Bus stop "Les Ginesteres" 900 m, railway station "Mataró" 8 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 34 km, Serralada del Litoral, La Roca Village 11 km, Costa Brava 46 km, Aquapark 9 km. Hiking paths: Serralada del Litoral 200 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. On the lower level of the plot there is a small apartment with private entrance and the main apartment is on an upper level of the land without a view to the house. 3-room house 180 m2. Spacious and bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Walk-through room, open with 1 double sofabed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Very nice and modern furnished house, large pool. The only drawback no German television program.
