Hotel Konrad

The photos in this hotel's description are some of the most dishonest I've ever encountered. Rimini airport is small with little information. We called the hotel to ask for help on how to get to the hotel and the receptionist refused to speak English, kept slamming down the phone and so began our worst experience in a hotel. Here are all the things that meant this rating should be a ZERO: - the food was awful, you got carbs for your second plate (pretty sure it should be meat/fish as per Italian culture), food was often recycled the following day and there was limited variety - the main receptionist makes you feel very unwelcome and is never helpful, super frosty and rude - the room was nothing like it looks in pictures, the shower was just big enough to contain you, and lucky we were not big people as you could barely move without falling through the glass - we were charged for having the mini fridge kept on - not for having drinks in there, but simply for having it on. This is despite us saying no to a mini-bar. It truly felt like our lack of Italian was manipulated to enable this robbery to take place - you get a mere 45minute window to get your lunch and dinner, most of it was salty and the worst Italian food we ever tasted. Italian food is one of our favourite so this was unbelievable for us - there was no information shared with us on using the beach (costs etc), towels or other excursions - we had to find out all this ourselves - our sheets were not changed all week and we barely got clean towels regularly - this didn't feel like a hotel, more like a hostel dressed up as a cheap bed and breakfast at best A few plus points: - The staff in the restaurant were overall really lovely and super helpful. They made our stay bearable with their more welcoming and friendly manners. - The location in relation to the beach was awesome although at least 100 other hotels nearby have this plus point - Rimini is a fantastic little holiday town without the tacky touristy feel, just make sure you have a few basic words of Italian to get you by. We enjoyed our stay because we barely spent time in the hotel and stayed out most of the day enjoying the sights and sounds of this charming little town

Personale cordiale e gentile. Buona posizione. Mangiare sufficiente, poco vario. Colazione buona. Pulizia scarsa. Struttura che necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione. I primi due giorni l'hotel era pressoché vuoto ed il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Peccato che poi siano arrivate, a pochi giorni l'una dall' altra, due comitive di giovani dell' est Europa che hanno trasformato l'hotel in un ostello della gioventù con tanto di musica alle 3 e alle 4 del mattino, urla e casino a tutte le ore nei corridoi e gente dal tasso alcolemico discutibile che si aggirava per l'hotel. I proprietari hanno cercato di salvaguardarci cambiandoci la camera (per tenerci quanto piu lontani possibili dal casino - e di questo li ringraziamo davvero molto!). Peccato che abbiano scelto di accogliere questo tipo di clientela che sicuramente mal convive con chi ha un' idea di vacanza caratterizzata da calma e riposo.

Ambiente familiare, ottimo cibo, camere essenziali ma pulite. Posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare e con i mezzi in 10 minuti si è in centro. Il personale “tuttofare” è molto cordiale e disponibile per assecondare le esigenze degli ospiti.

L'Hotel Konrad ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. Lo staff è super gentile e sempre disponibile. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulitissime. La colazione, il pranzo e la cena sono eccellenti, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti freschi. La posizione centrale, ma tranquilla, ha permesso di esplorare facilmente la città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi cerca un'esperienza di soggiorno di alta qualità.

Ho prenotato per la mia famiglia, 2 adulti e 2 bambini, un soggiorno all’hotel Konrad. Al check in, in data 25/4/24, la proprietà dell’albergo Konrad di Rimini comunica che non aveva disponibile la camera da noi già pagata e ha preso iniziativa di spostarci su un’altra struttura di sua proprietà, Hotel Pecci di Rimini. La struttura alternativa si è rivelata fatiscente, le recensioni/foto di precedenti viaggiatori che potete leggere su tripadvisor sono la dimostrazione che la struttura è oggettivamente inospitale (tapparelle difettose, ruggine ai sanitari, mancanza di acqua calda in doccia, cattivo odore nella stanza, poca pulizia…). Attenzione pertanto, la gestione della struttura è superficiale ed improvvisata, spostare i clienti da un albergo ad un’altro per loro è quotidianeità.
