Very nice location! Clean and beautiful view to the sunset

This place was amazing. We booked it on a last minute whim to go away for a birthday celebration, not really caring where we stayed overnight, but more needing some place to sleep because of how far we had traveled for the daytime activities. This place ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. Everyone in the front office and on the property was very friendly. From the second we walked in the room smelled fresh and clean. The room was large, beautiful and had everything we needed and more (spacious table, microwave, fridge, K-cups with a Keurig machine, a very spacious back patio just for us, extra fleece blankets...). We enjoyed our breakfast in the back deck that faces a beautiful waterway and even got to see a dolphin hunting for fish. We really enjoyed the back deck and went out there often. The location is also great in that it was so quiet and peaceful, yet we were also in walking distance from the Snook Inn where we went for dinner, and a very cute area with bars and live music. We highly recommend it and we will definitely back!

Pool was amazingly warm and the AC was cold! Room was cozy. Friendly staff and beautiful sunset view on the water. I loved the old school hotel feel with a real key and beach feel not to mention the great rates. I would come back again and again. Cheers!

This was our first time stay but will NOT be our last! The staff was exceptional - very helpful with all our questions and requests. The room was clean and comfortable and we can't wait to book again on our next trip to Marco Island. Thanks Boat House Motel for a wonderful stay!

Great place! very nicely decorated, great amenities, comfy bed, luxurious towels, close parking right in front of rooms, nice pool with large deck on the water's edge of Collier Creek with sunset view! Desiree in the office was very friendly and helpful.

We took a short trip to Marco Island prior to a tradeshow in Orlando. We stayed at the Boathouse based on reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed! The hotel had a nostalgic feel to it and reminded us of childhood motel stays. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, and the owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was in a great location and just a short walk to the Snook Inn. We had an amazing dinner there and fun in the bar afterwards with a live band. We came down just a few days after hurricane Milton came through so we were a little concerned that there would be lot of damage and power out, etc. We didn't experience any of that. Most of the island had already been cleaned up and no issues with power. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the Marco Island area and would highly recommend it to others!

Our stay at The Boat House was wonderful! The place is quiet and quaint, super close to everything, very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were comfy which is always important to us when on vacation! We will definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Marco Island.

My wife and I love Marco Island and beach combing, the abundant "shelling" it provides. We were welcomed well, enjoyed our clean and cozy accommodations and found everything about The Boat House to be satisfying! We will be back! Thank you!

It’s been many years since I stayed here and I am so glad was able to return for a 2 night stay. The owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. The location and setting is very relaxing with nature all around. If you like to fish, this is the place for you. I caught snook, trout, and snapper off the dock. I can’t wait to go back again in the near future.
