I do not know how this hotel received 4 stars when it is rundown--walls in room need painting, seat fabric had stains, bathroom needs work, commode has scratches. My husband wore his white socks after we arrived and in couple hours they were filthy. Outside of hotel needs cleaning and painting. We would not stay here again!!

Nevermind the missing smoke alarm in my room that never got replaced, or the hot tub and pool that were so gross they couldn’t be used. I came back to my room on day 2 to find poop streaks (not stains, but fresh poop) on the comforter cover that wasn’t there on day one. Management quickly brought me a new cover, but come on, man!

I arrived with a group from out of town on a tour bus. The hotel was sold out and they put me and my roommate, both female and in our 60’s, in a room that the toilet did not work. We called the front desk and housekeeping came down and didn’t know what was wrong. Told us a maintenance guy comes twice a week. We asked her to try a plunger so she brought that back and tried to fix it, thought she did fix it and left. It still would not flush. Called again and asked for Liquid Plumber or something similar and never heard back. I have to use the toilet during the night and was forced to put clothes over my nightshirt and go to the front office every time I needed to use the toilet. On top of all that my stomach was upset. So a very restless night. The room was very overpriced, there was no way for us to go elsewhere and they could not move us to another room because they didn’t have one. They gave us $20 off the rate. They should have comped us for the room, or at the very least made the rate reasonable for extreme inconvenience. I will NEVER go to another Quality Inn anywhere. Beware.

The two of us spent the night here in transit to Hill Country. Good place to spend a night. Staff was accommodating to our needs. Well appointed room. complimentary breakfast bar meets usual expedtations

This was the recommended lodging for a group event at the Marble Falls Lakeside Pavilion. The included breakfast buffet was okay but nothing special. There was barely enough parking for everyone in our group that stayed there4 and I had to park some distance from my room. I would consider a different location next time.

Less than a desirable place for me to stay. I paid full price while others paid lower prices so be aware of 3 rd party bookings as they are better priced. Floors were sticky. Rooms are large. Bathrooms are very small. I requested to be in a desirable location at their blg as I was traveling alone. They put me in the back 3 rd from the last spot furtherest away from office. Many workers stay here. There is a pool but it is close to the Main Street of traffic.

The furnishings are shabby and 20 years past their best. You open the door and are greeted by musty darkness. And why are there still bathtubs - does anyone really want to bathe here? The safe was portable, as it had already been ripped out of the wall. The doors had more than one break-in behind them. The parking lot seems to be a meeting place for local youth at night. My car had thick scratches in the morning and the promised call from the manager, who was not yet on site when I checked out, did not happen. Ok, the room was reasonably clean but that is the least you can expect as a guest.

We had a large group that needed to stay in Marble Falls for a photoshoot and Joseph went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make our stay seamless and comfortable. Joseph, we cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and handling our large group with style. We had multiple changes to our guest list and a large number of vehicles and Joseph made sure everything was taken care of, thank you thank you.

the staff at this location is wonderful. they are very friendly . the rooms are clean and up to date. the hotel is in the middle of marble falls, very close to everything you'd want to do the area. check it out!
