- 2 minutes walk from the Rio Verde beach, more than 1 km long.
- 10 minutes walk to the marina Puerto Banus
- 10 minutes drive from golf courses such as Aloha Golf Club, La Dama de Noche or Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and the centre of Marbella.
The flat has :
- A lounge area with sofa and TV
- A dining area inside the living room
- A fully equipped open plan kitchen
- A complete bathroom with shower
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 enclosed terrace (with blinds) with a single bed
Please note:
The two bedrooms are separated by glass doors but have curtains.
The master bedroom has no direct windows to the outside.
