Room okay, safe and clean. But run-down overall and obv cutting costs. No hot breakfast, it's just waffles and apologies. Watery oj, weak coffee, no hot plate. Nice location, off-season. Not much security in the outside building. Fine but some false advertising.

Didn't feel safe there. The outside door on the side of the building was not key coded (or locked) so anyone could enter the building. The swimming pool also was unlocked and open to anyone. I wouldn't think that would be safe for children. Our room didn't have a smoke alarm. The base was there but no actual alarm was attached to it. Breakfast was nice. Price was good. Rooms were clean and the staff was excellent.

The location is great. The building is old & needs updating; but from what I could tell, it's kept clean. Super affordable if you're just looking for a spot to sleep. 5 stars for the woman who checked us in this past Saturday! She was awesome! TY!

We booked this hotel online and not gonna lie, we were a little aprehensive judging by the great rate and looks of the motel. But on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. They are doing a lot of remodeling, so the north end looked pretty rough, but when we pulled around to the lobby, the south end was being remodeled and is looking really good. Going into the lobby, it smelled clean and looked clean. The staff was very nice and accomadating. Very smooth check in. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave. Yes, it looks like an older motel, but it was recently painted and they are still working on it. The only negative thing I have to say is that the hot tub was not hot! After a few minutes in it, we actually had goosebumps. Other than that, breakfast was nice, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. For $70 a night, we would definitely go back! Don't judge a book by its cover! Hopefully when we get up that way again, it will have a much better first impression due to the remodeling.

This place was a mess. Run down, musty-smelling old place. Wifi was negligible. rooms smelled musty and old. The sliding door to nowhere opened but the screen fell out every time you opened the door. The best thing about this place was the USS City of Milwaukee right across the road.

The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating, however, the facility was very dated and dirty in hallways and outside of the building. The room was dated but clean. The continental breakfast was limited in food choices, but the serving and eating areas were clean. The motel is in need of a serious update inside and out.

It was horrible i would not want my worst emey to stay here there was bugs and the customer service was horrible the rcepnonist said we were doing ***** and there was useless staircases and then the building itself was so old and run down it was horrible they are every single bug in the world there it was so bad the only good thing about it was the coffee. Also the game room is just a table with 2 chairs its so dumb.

The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The view is great. It’s an old hotel but ok. Trust me we’ve stayed in worse. It has potential. We will see what breakfast is like then head to Lake Michigan beach. That’s what we came for anyway. There is nothing like watching a sunset from a beach on Lake Michigan. I can’t wait to just soak in the peace that this lake provides.

I was very impressed by the staff and the accomodations when my husband and I stayed in a King jacuzzi room. It was clean, spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The price was great and the hot breakfast very satisfying. They have the best coffee! I highly recommend.
