The staff are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious, water pressure is good and there is hot water too. Breakfast is not a buffet. They will just give you a menu to choose from.

Awesome and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. Easier access to different tourist spots in Manila. Kudos! Ps. Just need to inform the client about the parking.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, and the room is big and the hotel staffs is polite, and also they make sure to maintain the cleanliness of public areas.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay💕😇 although the requested room with city view for the window was not granted but it was a good one still.

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more. The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good. One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

it was the worst experience ever. the people were very rude the lady still charge me 2700 peso that i came early at 5am should be we check in & straight into the room at that time of the day but the lady charge me. i was really very not happy at all with the lady at the reception. very arrogant & very rude & looking & staring at my partner & man at door very rude ask her for an i.d. like she thought she was a ********** & i got so very mad about how he treat my partner. this is totally unacceptable i demand a full refund of the coat of me & my partners stay at the executive hotel in malate manila & also a refund of the early check in fee cos' it was like 5am in the morning it should be ok yes sir & ma'am & here's your key & go straight in the room but instead she wanted to do some nasty stuff to me & my partner & to charge us anyway when they should just be treating us better in that instance & in all the other instances that had happened there & my partner she was absolutely furious so very upset & so very mad about how we were treated & given what they had done to us i think a full refund of the early check in fee & cost of staying in that hotel for 3 days is not too much to ask for & to get that money paid into the card account i used to pay online for that hotel.

The excellent location,near the robinson hall .easy to enjoy shopping and many choices of the restaurant.just only 5 minutes to the Manila bay to see the sunset.
