Simple budget hotel, don't expect too much.

It was good and clean and the staff were so nice to me. The location was perfect for me. I extended my stay there for three more nights

Looking forward to staying here again. Love all the helpful staffers who assisted us in our stay.

The location is good: around 30 minutes to Imtramuros on foot, and 20 to National Museum of Anthropology or Fine Arts. There's a supermarket and several cafés and restaurants nearby. The room is a bit small but okay. Breakfast was also good (you get to choose from some dishes on offer). But! Starting from the arrival the service left much to be desired, to say the least. Early check-in would cost me more than two nights on Trip.com (i specifically inquired on the platform to find out where it was a mistake, but it wasn't). Then the luggage storage would be for free for the first five hours, and then 50 php per hour - they didn't even notify me about that, and i just came across this information by chance. Even worse, one receptionist told me it was okay to leave my luggage at the hotel overnight, but the other one said it would cost me a one day room rate. I explained all this to the receptionist, but with no understanding on their part. That was extremely disappointing, especially because i had already made plans based on this and had to rearrange them on the spot.

Location is good if you are going around Manila. Bell boys were very kind and assisting but the staff at the reception area keep on chatting and do not mind the guests.

I was booked for 2 single bed and upon check in i requested for additional bed and i pay over the counter thru my debit card. When we arrived at our room i’m so shocked because it was 1 double bed and it so small room. When the additional bed was arrive there’s no space to pass by thru doors. Then i complained to hotel attendant regarding our issue and i told her that this is not the room i was booked. Then upon their checking the agent of this online booking was made the wrong room booking. And their want to refund my additional bed. But i need to suffer for the long waits for my refund, i need personally to process it to my bank debit card. And it was 35 working days processing. That’s very big trouble to me because of the poor services of this and the hotel services. Very disappointing! I was booked for 2 single bed for the convenience and comfortable to us but we get stress and uncomfortable.

The location was at prime, accommodation was okay but may be a good window with good natural ventilation could help especially for longer stay.

Nice room and peaceful place, Aircondition is working very well and water heater is no problem

This hotel is cleaner and quieter than the 4-star hotels nearby! It's great because it's close to Robinsons Shopping Center!

Clean, comfortable, good location, and affordable price for Manila. Overall, it is good value for money. The room was cleaned to a good standard and was spacious. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Fridge and kettle, but no coffee, tea, or sugar. Good location with Rizal Park 15 mins walk away, and Intramuros 20 mins walk. There is a bar close by with live music and singing until the early hours of the morning, but if you can ignore that, you'll sleep fine. Not much in the way of amenities (there is a restaurant on site, but I didn't use it), but a pleasant, comfortable, and affordable stay.
