Cute budget hotel. Very clean with excellent customer service. I liked its location in Ermita close to the shops, beach, historical center, restaurants, etc. It has an ATM in the lobby and hot-cold water dispensers on each floor. The amenities were quite basic and the room felt a bit like a cave with no views. Other than that I would recommend it.

Standard room but with a stunning view. Had a pleasant one day stay. 7 eleven and the coffee shop beside the hotel lobby is a plus.

I am a loyal customer of Hop Inn Hotel but I am usually staying in their branch in Tomas Morato Hop Inn Hotel, during my stay there, it was really good, the customer service at the lobby was great their prompt response to my request of spraying again the room with airfreshener was immediately given attention, everything was great not until around 2:00AM of March 16, 2025, a man outside knock on my door quite hard and I was woke up by it. I didn't mind at first because I thought it might be some mistake, but he knocked again the same quite hard way, so I got up and I did not open my door because I was really scared, I was alone yet someone is knocking on my door, and so I asked him loudly sino yan? and so he said "magpapatulong po kayo sa baggage nyo" and so I said hindi po so he said sorry and it was his mistake. I still did not open my door to look who was outside i did not also have the courage to look at the hole in the door because I was really scared at that time. Although it was a big mistake but I do hope that they would pay attention to the details of their customer's room number as to who ever asked for their assistance and does not knock on doors randomly at 2:00am. I was really pissed for I was not able to get back to sleep as I do have having troubles sleeping. Hoping they would do better in that they were really okay not until that happened.

Clean room, which comes with a deposit box safe. Unfortunately, there is no bar fridge. Close to the bay and Korea Town. Good service. There's also the convenience of an ATM in the lobby, but the currency conversion seems a little more expensive than bank ATMs.
