We booked for a premiere suite but they gave us a standard rooom. I asked Trip to coordinate with Oriental Zen but both parties were not able to solve the issues. Unfortunately i expected the place to be quite and calm since its named Zen but the staffs were very noisy and we can even hear them even if they are 1 floor below. You cannot study since the exhaust fun is noisy and when it rains you can hear the droppings to the aircon. The shower curtain has molds and the lavatory and tiles are also not well maintained. Not so suitable for people who are reviewing near UST and refund was never resolved if who will pay, if its the Trip or Zen. After 4 nights of stay we paid 4 nights for premiere and slept at a standard room. Cannot download the video of the noisy exhaust fun. Zen Not true to its name…

エアコンの温度調節ご難しい

It is definitely worth the price! Our accommodation was exceptionally pleasant and cozy. The scent was delightful, and the cleanliness was nearly impeccable. The bed was plush and inviting. Although it did take some time for the room to cool down, we were ultimately pleased with its coolness. Amenities were provided, such as free internet access, free toiletries to get by a day or two, a breakfast meal (which we didn't try out) and a very accommodating staff, which, considering the price, is a bang in the buck! If you guys are staying near or in Sampaloc, Manila, you should definitely consider booking in to Oriental Zen Suites!

It was very easy checking in. Very comfortable to sleep, and AC works very well. The receptionist is very friendly, and the security guard knows that you're checking in. The price of the hotel in Sampalic is cheap and not so expensive. Highly recommend for new tourist. ☺️

The hotel is cozy, clean and the location is great! It’s walking distance from hospitals and also near SM San Lazaro. We stayed here for a month and I didn’t have issues with my stay at all. It’s also very near an LRT station, making it very accessible if you plan to tour the city. The staff were also very attentive to our needs.

The place was so homey and the staff were accommodating. The room are clean and smells good. The place was near to places where we want to go like hospitals, malls and school. That’s why we keep coming back to this place.

I was so happy to experience the quality of this hotel. The cleanliness is one of my favorite aspect of this hotel. Also they have friendly staff who are able to answer all our queries. It's worth the money. Thank you so much to the staff for being so friendly and understanding to my inquiries.

It's not our first time to book and stay at this place, and every time, it doesn't disappoint us. Everything is a 5-star to me. From the reception area and speedy check-in system, the spacious room and amenities, and the courteous and kind hotel staff. It is located in the heart of the busy streets of Manila and very near to so many places you can roam around. Regardless if you are staying alone, with a couple or a group, this place is really a good and relax home for you. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. PROMISE, IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!

I am currently mid way through a 9 night stay at this lovely hotel. Needing somewhere very close to the University of Santo Tomas, I was not bothered about 5 Star Luxury. It was more important to find a place within walking distance of my daughter’s University. Location, Cleanliness and Comfort. That’s all I wanted and that is what I have got. This is a delightful place. Very clean rooms with pleasant furnishings and fittings. Good TV Channels. Lovely hot rain shower. AirCon is window type but quiet and effective. The Standard Rooms are compact but very sufficient. Families should go for the larger Premium Rooms. Excellent WiFi in The Lobby where I download Netflix Films to view in my room. There is WiFi in the room, but on the slow side for streaming. Given the very reasonable price of the rooms l, this should not, on balance, be an issue. The Reception staff are superb. All of them. Friendly, professional and helpful. Their welcoming smiles does them credit. Day and Night Security Guards are pleasant and polite with guests. They get a big well done from me and I thank them for the courtesy they continue to show me. These rooms are fantastic value for the price point. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful place to everyone. Enjoy your stay !
