We love our stay here at Lyf Malate. Accessible to LRT Taft, Robinson’s Ermita. Polite staffs and good ambiance. Room is spacious.

This time i got a very nice view. From reception to housekeeping, security, and restaurant...all were excellent. i stayed for another 6 nights. everybody was very helpful. They took good care of me. Thank you. i will come back again.

Located in a quiet, dark area, but just 5 minutes away from the busy area. Robinson's less than 10 min away. No water, tea, coffee in the room. A water dispenser on the corridor.

Nice and cozy hotel with spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and nice amenities. Breakfast was included in the price, which was nice, but nothing special. The neighbourhood is not the safest after dark, so be vigilant.

I booked a twin (side by side) room but they gave us one of a kind room (1 bed) instead. I told the frontdesk who assisted me that I booked a twin room but she insisted me - the one of a kind room. Tsk!😞😞 No mini fridge and guest room phone inside the room. 😔 Anyway, over all it was a pleasant stay because the cleanliness of the property was impeccable, the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful as well.

The room was spacious enough for two people and clean. All basic amenities are ready for you, including slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, kettle, and there is a water dispenser machine (hot and cold) on each floor. The location is easy walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants, convenience stores etc. The staff were friendly and the breakfast is different each day. Rooftop has cool view of the city. Would recommend to stay here.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. It is a newer property and very convenient to get to the airport. The beds was clean and very comfortable. The room is colorful and nicely decorated. This is not a full service hotel, as it doesn’t have a full service price. If you want bottled water, just order some via Grab. If you just need to spend a night or two as your transit through Manila, this is perfect. The breakfast was limited, but good. There’s also an omelet station and the top floor has a great view. We also received great service from the front desk. My one suggestion would be to deep clean the shower floors. The room is too new for the shower floor to look a bit dirty. Other than that, I would definitely return.

The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable, location is quite close to convenience store and shopping mall. Breakfast buffet is decent too.

Relaxing stay. The location is quiet. The buffet needs improvement though. The food is not tasty and the options are limited.

This was our second time here. The staff was very hospitable especially in front desk area. The amenities are great. The room are spacious and clean. Everything was grea at this hotel.

Awesome service dog! Staff and security personel were accomodating and polite. Room is clean and have a comfortable bed and pillow. It was more spacious that what I expected. Will definitely book again! They have laundry area, you will just need to pay at the counter and they will assist you.

5 mins. Walk to Robinsons place manila and very accessible place stay.

Fantastic Place,well maintain,Vibrant looks.smells really good.friendly staff. Well defo come to stay again in the future and highly recommend the place. Very close to LRT stations,Robinson Mall and the seaside is walking distance.safe to walk around the area too.lots of Bars and clubs and food and drinks around the area.
