I booked this hotel through Trip.com via a Google search. When I went to the hotel, they said they did not receive the confirmation. The next morning I was charged by both the hotel and trip.com. I was double charged. And the hotel tries to call and get things straightened out Trip.com pushes them away no help. When I call I get the same thing. I need my money back. You're stealing it. I am told it was done through another vendor or something. That's not my problem. I am the customer I paid through you. Take care of it please, so I can use your service again .
