In the first i booking wrong the hotel from The ocean pearl to booking this hotel The ocean pearl inn, It’s same company.

Room is okay, Big and Clear.
Staff is nice.
But don’t have hair dryer available in room,must request with reception.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean Pearl Mangalore,Bejai. Staff provided very good service and the location is ideal for travelling around the city. We stayed in the suite and deluxe rooms and the rooms were tidy with good amenities. Overall an excellent experience and we will definitely visit again.

I stayed here for 04 nights and it was my most comfortable stay. On day of arrival I found cooling in my room not as per my requirement. I needed more cooling. The concerned staff immediately adjusted the temperature of air conditioning and also put in table fan in room. Housekeeping was superb and housekeeping staff took appropriate care of my needs. Food was fresh and hygienic. Taste of buns, tandoori lachchha parathas and milk with turmeric was superb. However I didn’t find taste of vegetables clear soup on 21st October evening upto the mark. It was also not full hot, can be called warm. Front Desk staff were friendly and attentive. Hassle free check in and check out impressed me. The neatness and pleasant ambiance made my stay happy and memorable. I wish to put my appreciation for Mr Milan Samuel, GM and his whole team in record.

Horrible experience right from checkin , unprofessional behaviour from staff from front office to F&B. Your staff need to be trained on how to talk with the guest, wouldn't even rate 1 star for such pathetic guest service on top of that no basic amenities in the room . Just pathetic.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine care. The hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a restful stay. We especially enjoyed the soothing music played in the veranda, which kept us in a good mood and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. During our stay, my son experienced travel sickness, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They connected us with a doctor and even prepared special food for my son, ensuring his comfort. Their tagline, "Welcome to Hospitality," perfectly describes the experience my family and I had. We felt truly cared for and appreciated throughout our stay.

We recently stayed in The Ocean Pearl Inn during our last visit to Mangalore. The hotel is located in the heart of city making it convenient to explore the city. Friendly staffs and well maintained facilities making it easy and comfortable specially with the kids around. Much appreciated and will surely plan for our future visits.

Hotel Rooms are Clean and bathroom is also very Clean .Entire hotel staff was very polite and helpfull . check in and check out experience was excellent as it was done swiftly. bed was very comfortable and pillows were super soft. Overall stay was value for money.Enjoyed the stay..
