They provided a room near the generator or some machine was there near the room and it was very noisy ,,,i couldn't sleep properly and I complained to Trip.com but no action was taken and I complained the hotel too but they didn't care much

In the first i booking wrong the hotel from The ocean pearl to booking this hotel The ocean pearl inn, It’s same company.

Room is okay, Big and Clear.
Staff is nice.
But don’t have hair dryer available in room,must request with reception.

Nice and comfy bed and pillows made sure my sleep was great. Their hospitality was enthralling. Room service was great. House cleaning staff ensured my room was neat and clean and fresh also. In addition the food was also yummy. Over all I would rate my stay 9/10

Very nice hositality and service especially by miss asha you was doing room service, she ensured a very clean room is always available at any time and also the food was very delicious and the welcoming nature of all the staff was praiseworthy

Great Experience. Very nice and well trained staff. Always ready to serve clients. You will feel nice atmosphere as you enter from main gate. Food is tasty and delicious. Breakfast time Captain is all time busy to serve customers and making them comfortable and happy. GM Mr Chetan and his team thanks for making our Mangalore trip rememberable. Will visit again in future.

Very cordial and friendly service from the staff, the rooms and toilets are very neat and tidy. There are separate restaurants for veg and nonveg, both are at best quality and taste. Stay was very good and is recommended. 5/5 overall rating, well done!!!

Experience was not that great with the staff there, felt like some local hotel. We were given a room which had smell of cigarets, later two of our items were not dropped to our room, had to follow up multiple times. Even for exhaust in the bathroom, we had to call and inform, and after follow ups it was turned on. Breakfast was terrible.

I was always searching for the perfect stay in Mangalore city and was unlucky last 3 times. This time the stars were in my favour! From the Welcome, location, checkin process and quality of rooms, this is incredible for the amount you pay, truly 5 star service!! Food in the room was also good and believe it or not, w got fresh coffee to our room at 6 am. Hardly any hotels have room service that early. I will be back

Ocean Pearl Inn is always my favourite place to stay when I'm in Mangalore. The service standard is always consistent. Rooms are clean, the amenities are great, the price is just right and the staff are always so welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mangalore
