Wonderful location, very kind staff and clean room and bathroom. Rooftop restaurant with a variety of wonderful coastal cuisine.

It is a good place close to ksrtc bus stand. Just 600 mts away. The rooms are decently maintained. Since it is next to the main road and if you book a non ac room, you will be disturbed by the traffic noise all night. Sat-ff and helpful.

Room and bathroom kept neat and clean. They provided towel, one soap and water in jug (mineral water we have to pay and get. No hot water from tap. Good stay for family as it is located in centre near to ksrtc bus stand, where very good canteen there. Only one suggestion - they could provide hot water to bathe atleast in winters.

location is conveniently near the main bus stand.
facility cleanliness is ok.
restaurant is good.
drawback is they could not arrange a proper extra bed for us. so value for money is not there.

smelly rooms and service is pathetic, worst expirence.... I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, from first floor no lifts available, they don't provide blankets for non ac rooms

The room services and basic amenities were very bad, location was fine. Food was also not that good.
