Room and bathroom was clean. Two wheeler parking facility was available. But didn't use it. Only issue is hot water not available everytime.

The platform is user-friendly interface, wide range of options, and smooth booking process. I had a fantastic experience using makemytrip for their travel plans, finding the website easy to navigate and the booking process seamless.

Very bad hotel. They didn't gave towels or soaps. No hot water. Unhygienic room and bathroom. Won't recommend this hotel.

entrance is below ground. elevator seems to be not working properly with light flickering. cleanliness is not there in room.

Very bad hotel. Cockroaches everywhere, no room service. Never go to this place, rather book something else.

Location is good (near rely stun and city centre. They have no kitchen, but outsource food from a nearby restaurant, whose quality is extremely bad. The room is ok but not kept clean. Towels and bed linen are old and not well washed. Toilet is ok, except that there was no towel rod or clothes-hooks. No other amenities.

It was a pleasant stay. Only thing is it was little bit difficult to locate the building, otherwise fine. Could have provided location map in the booking confirmation

Room was ok, i. E, more than expected! bedsheet was untidy, that they should improve. Overall staffs were also cool as well as the facilities.

This royal park is so good in service but rooms are not clean / not higgean and lift is not working. For family is not good for this hotal.
