Appearing relaxing and welcoming at first glance, the place is unfortunately not up to par in terms of service and attitude of the staff. I made a reservation for the first week of 2024 two months in advance via Booking , and the establishment accepted the reservation. However, a few days before my stay, I was informed by the establishment that I had to make a 100% deposit on a different platform from Booking, with an additional 4%, otherwise I would result in the confiscation of my room for the benefit of another guest. Despite my attempts to negotiate and resolve the problem on site or avoid additional charges, the staff adopted an extremely unpleasant tone, explicitly stating that they would give my room to someone else, thus canceling my reservation. As a customer, I have never encountered such rigidity in reservation management. I hope that this review will serve as constructive feedback to improve the establishment's service and communication. Despite supposedly high demand during this period, the property treated a guest who had booked a three-day stay at a total cost of €180 in a very disrespectful manner.
