A Hidden Gem in Goa – Exceptional Stay at Amritara Aura Resort We stayed at Amritara Aura Resort from 10th to 14th July 2025 as a group of 10 people, occupying 5 beautifully appointed rooms with private seat-outs. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the serene atmosphere, the lush greenery, and the warm hospitality. The rooms are incredibly spacious, neat, and impeccably maintained. The private seat-outs added a peaceful and exclusive touch — perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The entire resort is full of dense plantation, creating a calm, nature-filled ambiance with very positive vibes. The food deserves a special mention — breakfast and dinner were both extraordinary, with an impressive variety and delicious taste every day. The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Above all, it was the staff that made our stay truly memorable. Everyone was courteous, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Everything about the resort is perfect. Food is good and their service is the best I have seen in a while, special mention to Rahul and Rajesh who take care of us nicely.

We recently spent three nights in a villa with a private pool at this resort, and overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. The villa itself was beautiful – spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The private pool was definitely a highlight and made our stay feel extra special. Housekeeping was excellent throughout; the room was spotless, and everything was refreshed daily with care. The breakfast team also stood out for their friendliness and efficiency. Each morning felt like a treat, thanks to the attentive staff and a wide selection of food. Unfortunately, our experience with the guest services and reception staff fell short. The atmosphere at the front desk was cold and impersonal, which contrasted sharply with the warmth we experienced elsewhere in the resort. Most disappointing was our room service experience on the last night: we waited over an hour for our order, made four follow-up calls, and were repeatedly told it was “on the way.” The delay and lack of clear communication were frustrating and not what we expected from a resort of this caliber. In summary, the villa, cleanliness, and breakfast staff were excellent, but improvements are needed in guest services and reception to match the rest of the resort’s quality. With a bit more attention to hospitality at the front desk, this could easily be a five-star experience.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my ongoing stay at your property. Despite booking a premium room with a full meal plan and making 100% advance payment, the service has fallen well short of expectations. Before booking, your team agreed to match a third-party offer that included specific benefits. However, upon arrival, these were denied without clear explanation. Additionally, there has been constant confusion around inclusions in the meal plan and poor coordination among staff. I expected a seamless and professional experience but have instead faced inconsistent communication, unclear policies, and avoidable inconvenience. This has been frustrating and far from the hospitality standards promised. I request a prompt clarification and resolution.
