I concur 100% with the negative reviews, this is NOT a modern hotel -it is dated and the staff are next to useless! If you have a view of the marina, that is the only saving grace! We booked in and was given the wrong room, got to the marina view room that we booked and then the staff knocked on the hotel door, informing us we had been “upgrade”. At that precise moment, we thought our luck was in, as the room we had was old, tired and definitely needed a refurbishment. We moved our bags to the “upgrade” room, that was overlooking the main road and NOT the marina, yet still tired, old and in need of modernising. I asked the woman, how this room was an upgrade and she claimed she did not understand English and walked away. Thank goodness this was just a 1-night stay! I will never be back at this dreadful establishment. Also be careful, if you venture out in the evenings, we were approached 4 times with beggars around the apartment block. Anyone giving this accommodation more than 2 stars really need to broaden their travels, as they obviously do not get out much! This is comparable to the hotels in Spain back in the 70’s, as another guest mentioned.

I booked the Cannes Marina Residence for 1 night back in July, I then emailed them which they did not reply to so I booked a second night online, what a HUGE mistake that turned into a nightmare! 1) We spent 30 minutes trying to find the Cannes Marina Residence, I phoned the hotels telephone number for it to go to voicemail. I left a message and carried on searching for the Cannes Marina Residence, after 25 minutes I stopped a local who told me there was no accommodation of that name and the only accommodation in the area is Appart Hotel Cannes Marina. We followed his directions and we got to the reception; this is when the fun started! 2) We gave reception our name and ID, they said they could only find 1 booking for that night, which was fine. A guy and a woman on reception and the guy gave us precise instructions on how to use the combination lock door handles. He showed us that you put the fob they issue you with at the front of the handle and it opens, if not as a failsafe, they have a keypad and use the code in your welcome pack. Off we went to the 13th floor. 3) Tried to access the room, the fob didn’t work nor did the access code in our pack. My wife went down to reception and the woman on reception said she had found our other reservation and that we would have to move to another room at a different part of the hotel. She came up to the room and showed us, that you had to put the fob on top of the keypad and NOT at the front of the handle as her colleague showed us, the door opened and she left. 4) On entering the room, we were both horrified, it was like stepping back to hotels in Benidorm in the 70s! Artexed walls and this was an alleged upgrade! Electrical trunking glued to the walls that connected to light switches that did not work! Electrical sockets that had gaps a child could get their fingers down and get electrocuted! 5) The kitchen had 1 electrical socket with an extension plugged into it, into the extension went the toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine! The bathroom had EMPTY shower gel and shampoo dispensers on the wall. 6) I then tried the internet, like everything this was faulty…the WIFI password on the pack did not work, I went down stairs to reception and told them I was not happy with the room and I would be checking tomorrow morning. It’s now 10pm, then someone decided to start a disco, it was like being in Ibiza, this went on with the volume blasting out until midnight. I tried to call the front desk as the facilities indicated 24 x 7 front desk, again it went to voicemail! I decided to rename this place Fawlty Towers for obvious reasons. I went down the following morning to check the opening hours of the office which stated it was NOT 24 x 7 as advertised. I waited until 9am when the reception opened and I told the receptionist that we were checking out and explained about the issues and the load music up to midnight, she told me that I had to contact the booking agent who was ********** to get a ref

These apartments are well located, only 15 mins walk from the local train station (7 mins journey into Cannes) and near the supermarket and a number of restaurants. They are clean and practical (but quite small and not luxurious) and the room cleaning service was good. There is a good view from the upper floors and the pool is big and clean (but very cold).

Nuitée dans un appartement 1 chambre traversant avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes, la mer et le port. Très bon accueil, à l écoute et arrangeant. Merci beaucoup. Appartement très spacieux, très propre, équipements de qualité, tout ce qu il faut, rien à redire. Bien placé, extérieurs entretenus, grande piscine.

Nous avons loué 3 semaines pour un 3 pièces en famille . A notre arrivée les lits pour les enfants n’étaient pas en place . Le volet de notre chambre ne fonctionne pas depuis le début mais aucune réparation faute de pièces et aussi apparemment un hôtel ne doit pas avoir de volet juste des rideaux !! Une aberration !! Surtout au prix facturé ! La douche ne s’évacue pas aller bien, hop retour à l’accueil , l’autre douche à un problème de parois qui ne coulisse pas manque une pièce qu’on a retrouvée dans la cuvette des toilettes. Et pour réparer immobilisation de la salle de bain toute une journée. Plusieurs prises ne fonctionnent pas . Kit vaisselle restreint pour 5 attention 6 cuillères, 6 couteaux , 6 fourchettes . 6 assiettes . Mais chance on a un four, à maïs pas de plat pour aller dedans et encore moins de dessous de plat . Bon ben pour 3 semaines on va faire pique-nique. Grrrr 😖 je déconseille pour les familles . Ou alors juste une nuit . Et obligé de manger à l’intérieur car la table extérieur ne permet que 3 personnes réellement. Décevant et si vous allez voir le directeur il vous dit clairement qu’il a fait son maximum. Limite on est trop exigent ! Au prix on peut l’être un minimum…

Appartement magnifique tout équipe, très propre avec de grandes pièces et aménagés avec goût . Tout était parfait. de l'accueil à notre arrivée, jusqu'à notre départ. le logement était agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. la propreté et le calme sont très appréciables.

Mon compagnon et moi-même avions réservé 4 jours dans cette soi-disant résidence de luxe. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés de l'aéroport, la réception était fermée. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h et avons dû attendre dans la rue et dans le froid, avec nos valises pendant 1h30. Lorsque nous avons finalement pu accéder au studio, nous avons constaté que le ménage avait été fait sommairement et il y avait une odeur d'humidité. Plus tard, nous avons même vu des cafards !!! La seconde nuit, nous avons entendu des cris et des claquages de portes, à un des étages inférieurs, qui semblaient provenir d'une dispute, à priori une femme ivre. Ces nuisances sonores ont duré plus de deux heures. En résumé, cette résistance de luxe est à fuir.

Nous sejournons régulièrement dans cet établissement. Absolument idéal pour les appartements spacieux, bien meublés, très propres. Le ménage est fait pendant le séjour avec changement régulier du linge. L accueil est bien organisé. Le personnel est souriant et à l écoute. Les plus sont l immense piscine. Le parking privé gratuit, la grande terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la Marina. Un hyper marché tout proche pour faire les courses. Bref, il ne manque rien.
