This was a disaster from start to finish. The worst stay I have ever experienced anywhere. They should be shuttered. They book business while the hotel is under major renovation. The lobby was torn apart. There was dust everywhere and thick in the air, workmen sanding drywall, light wires dangling from the ceiling. Unreal that they were "serving" the public. The TV did not work. Room service left at 5PM! They did not offer the breakfast they said they had. I attempted to get a resolution through their customer relations office; that went nowhere. I will never use these hotels again. Let this be a word to the wise.

The hotel was under construction which should not be a big deal but it was. No coffee in the room or anywhere to be found. No ice, No breakfast as advertised. The walls of our shower were covered in dirty hand marks as were other places in the room

I had a 3 night reservation. I asked to cancel so that I can go elsewhere. They only refunded one night. I called Wyndham and they said they cant help. I had to go elsewhere and pay twice for the same night. The place is under construction, No Cable TV, No Breakfast as advertised, Noisey, odors, bugs.

Julie went above and beyond to calm me down upon checkin after a way too long day of travel. Although there were 3 parties ahead of me after 11pm on a Sunday, she acknowledged my frustration and calmed me down.

Overall the location and price for the stay made this hotel a good choice. Some staff members should be re educated on proper customer service etiquette but then there were two that went above and beyond to make us feel more welcome. Breakfast needs some attention to details. Rooms and things I guess were being updated, should def try to make the rooms a little more not so on top of each other for guests inside the room. Overall we would go back.

Dirty, broken, noisy, nasty hotel. Never ever would I recommend anyone stay at this hotel because of the horrific conditions of the property and management personnel. Absolutely disgusting place. Do not suffer here.

All I have to say is if you stay in that hotel, please make sure you check your bed when I checked in my bed was full of hair. I sink was full of beard hair and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
