Hotel in good location, the facilities are good. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good with facilities apart from hair dryer had a mind of its own. Breakfast and coffee was nice no waiting time next to a busy road but hardly any noise, which make resting good

Great staff welcome, perfect location just minutes walk from opera house theatre and bars, comfortable beds as always, clean and quiet location. Will definitely use the hotel when we return again to manchester. Would really recommend to others to stay x

Premier Inn is always my go to especially because they have the comfiest beds but they need to improve the external appearance of the hotel. My bedroom door didn't lock due to avoidable maintenance issues so had to move upstairs and bathroom extractor fan wasn't working. Great experience overall with the lovely staff, good food and cleanliness.

First expoerince at this hotel was a good one, fropm the great welcome to the great breakfast. The view is perhaps not the most scenic from the bedrooms (an old dilpidated wharf is on the opposite side of the river, framed by the toweing office blocks of Manchester) but it does mean that the rooms are quiet and you get a good nights sleep. At breakfast, you are much closer to the water and a rowing team passed whilst I ate. That was lovely and quite surreal. I've already rebooked.

Amazing room and wetroom (premier plus). Staff were super helpful and friendly and went over and above. Hotel was perfectly set for the concert venue we were going to at Aviva studios but also plenty to do a short walk away. A bit of a distance for main centre of Manchester but doable for most. If it was more central it would be my new go to for Manchester trips.

The best warmest welcome at a hotel in a long time . Simon on reception is a credit to the hotel and was helpful , knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble . From where to eat to information about our stay he made a difference to our day which is a rare thing nowadays . The hotel is in a great location and we would definitely stay here again
