All your findings have been discussed with our Maintenance Engineer who will investigate further the issues related to the slippery bathroom floor, the leak of the Air Climate Control unit, the poor lighting... and will make all the appropriate repairs as needed.We have noted your comment concerning your Sofa Bed and apologise if it was uncomfortable. Sadly, this wasn't sufficient on this occasion.
