Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel Ultra Allinclusive

One of the best futuristic looking hotels I have ever been to, the pool, restaurant, bars and other areas in use are wonderful and clean. The staff are really nice and not intrusive in any bad way. The beach is really close to the hotel and I personally prefer a short walk but I saw a melex driving back and forth with people. I really love the food and desserts that are served here and I also have to wholeheartedly recommend the ice cream which is so delicious.

One of the best hotels i have been in. Everything clean,friendly,entertaiment team was perfection. Nice night shows,friendly staff.Loby staff is always availabe for any help.Lovely Waterslides and pools I would reccomend this hotel.

The hotel is good in general except the cleaning service,they do not clean every day,do not refill the mini bar or do not refill the shampoos and shower gels.Any way I had a bad experience with the doctor in the hotel,Imagine the hotel is full with tourists around the World and the doctor doesn't speak English you have to google translate and she does back, that was weird.I'm telling her my son has high temperature 38.4 and it has some red spots around the neck and into the mouth,she says probably allergy. Allergy with high temperature, I haven't heard. Mostly looks like a nurse . . . One advice change the doctor put one who can comunicate with tourists,doctors first of all should be humane than ... Ask for the insurance and the payment. Here first you have to look up for your insurance it doesn't matter that you are sick and can not stand on your legs

The hotel is great and I 100% recommend it for a great stay! The building is modern and classy, the rooms are very nice, great food and amazing pool. The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel by foot, but they also have a bus in case you don’t want to walk, and the beach is amazing. The only thing I felt was not up to the standard were the cleaning services - we used to leave the room at 8:30 and come back at 12:30 and most days the rooms were not cleaned at all - or, in the days when the housekeepers did come in, they would only refill with seemingly random products. For instance, at a certain point our room had 9 bottles of shampoo and no shower gel - and refilling the mini bar also seemed arbitrary. There was also a plate with leftover food that was left next to the elevator for 2 days until we left, which gave the sense that there the cleaning wasn’t very rigorous for a 5 stars hotel. Another thing to keep in mind - and this might be a cultural thing as well - is that the staff is very persistent in trying to sell additional services, to the point where it might be perceived as unpleasant. Each time when picking up and dropping the beach towels I would get approached by the lady I charge of the special wellness services that would be extremely vehement in trying to make me buy a massage or wellness session, to the point where I ended up avoiding the area altogether and not using any of the free spa services. Similarly, when we went to make reservations for the a la carte restaurant, the customer relations representative asked us to help with a review on google and Trip Advisor, which is completely normal, but also insisted we write the review while we are at her desk so that she can check it out before we submit it (which is why I am now editing the initial review). All in all, I would return to Hotel Bosphorus any time and I completely recommend it, as the inconveniences were minor and didn’t heavily affect our overall experience.

Beach 2/10 This is the worst hotel i ever stayed. -After two days all family members had diarrhea. -The cleanliness in the whole hotel is terrible, everywhere stinks like s*it. Forks, knives in the main restaurant are very dirty. -They don’t clean the rooms, don’t refill the mini bar, don’t refill the soap and shampoo, i must to go to the reception two days in a row to ask them to send someone. - Worst cocktails I ever tried, plus they don’t serve cocktails in beach bar. - Lobby area extremely dirty. Never again!!!
