Awful food, the cheapest of the cheap. Repetitive reheats. location was pretty remote with Nowhere to walk to nearby. Beach was not pretty. Shingly and not comfortable to walk. Water not clear or nice to swim in. Beach offered disappointing food and drink choices. Service was not very friendly. A lot of sullen staff. Very few spoke english. Entertainment was amateur at best. Really lame. Drinks were a joke. No alcohol free options. No branded alcohol. Really poor. Music around the pool was unacceptable noise level with explicit lyrics so unable to relax with kids. I could go on but don’t have enough time. Rooms were just okay and thank god the sun was shining otherwise i would have flown back home. What an awful y. Avoid if you have any taste and want to enjoy yourself.

The hotel was lovely and clean, our room was very nice and spacious . The free mini bar was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful , but I was grateful for google translate, as my Turkish is none existent and there were a lot of staff that could not speak English (not that I think they should, I’m just saying google translate came in handy). The food was OK. You wouldn’t starve, let’s put it that way, but it was a nice surprise when you got hot food that was meant to be hot, you had to time it right for the fresh food to be put out if you want it hot, if it had been out a bit the warmers were not adequate to keep food to the correct temperature. (I would dread to think how they will get on in the height of season). The best food was actually down at the beach as it was hot and freshly cooked. Another note on the food, don’t be excited about the food available late at night, if you like to eat after having a good drinking session, they may as well not bother…. Not good at all… From the hotel you can easily get a local bus from outside the hotel to wherever you want to go, they are cheap enough and they run regular. There is no where really that you can walk to from this hotel if that’s your thing. Whether a negative or not I’m not sure, but this hotel doesn’t really cater for British people and there are not many British guests at the hotel either. Our holiday rep was called Izzet Turan and he was very helpful and arranged a couple of trips for us and really went out of his way for us.

Rooms were very clean and the cleaning ladies were very thorough,and always friendly and smiling . There was a superb Avenue to the beach, and a fantastic beach. Reception was really helpful especially Ahmet. His English is pretty good. And also thanks for guest relation Nisa.

This is a beautiful hotel. Staff are fantastic nothing is to much trouble. Guest services are very attentive and informative. Nisa is a great representative of this fantastic hotel. Definitely will be returning. The Asian a la carte didn't let us down for our 50th wedding anniversary so much so we ate rebooking for next week.

The hotel made us feel home from home in a very luxurious and friendly environment. And everyone was so friendly. The accommodation was top class and well kept. Guest Relation Nisa has been very helpful and giving all the information for us to get the best from ours holiday. The foods has been tremendous and the service is first class. The main strengh has been warm and friendly staff

Came here with my husband and was not sure what to expect. We were blown away by the reception by the staff when we arrived. Everything about this hotel is beautiful...the food in abundance 24/7, the room beautiful and the staff are very helpful especially Gökay who received us and showed us around when we arrived. Also easy access by bus to the city centre by bus. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel with lovely attentive staff.Beautiful beach and amazing shows in the evening. Will definitely come here again.Agam in guest relations has gone above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Rooms well equipped and regularly cleaned including restocking mini bar with coke and fanta. Very good variety of food including table service at beach restaurant area .

Great hotel and value for money - large food choices with fresh salads - beach bar and restaurant particularly good and well run with everything freshly prepared and felt like a proper restaurant experience- Izzmet the manager had everything running like clockwork there - main hotel is clean and well run with great staff Nisa in guest relations very helpful and accommodating with everything- both these are great assets - second visit here and will be back

We had an unforgettable family weekend at J’adore Deluxe Spa Hotel, Turkey! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The SPA experience was truly amazing — the service was exceptional, and the professionalism of the staff allowed us to completely relax, unwind, and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and full of energy, having fully enjoyed the incredible beauty that Turkey has to offer. The food was delicious, the hotel service was flawless, and everything was at the highest level. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and indulge in a world-class SPA, J’adore Deluxe is the place to be. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and also food was amazing.highly recommended.Mr Agah from guest relations office was very friendly and helpful.drinks quality it was perfect u can gets for u drink whatever u wants ,also hotel decoration was very attractive and beautiful.for going by the beach you can walk also there is trip car which will help to get there safely.

We visited the hotel in April 2025 during my sixth trip to Antalya with an Ultra All-Inclusive package. While the main restaurant offered good-quality food and welcoming staff, and the customer relations officer was cooperative, the overall experience was disappointing. Activities were minimal, with only a few short evening shows and nothing tailored for children. Beach access was confusing and inconvenient, as it wasn’t directly connected to the hotel and lacked proper signage or a safe pedestrian crossing. Poolside food and bar services were poor, with extra charges for certain non-alcoholic drinks despite the all-inclusive package. Room conditions were below expectations with poor air conditioning, Bar with torn furniture, limited minibar service, poor internet, and unreliable housekeeping. English-speaking staff were few, and favours from staff were repeatedly highlighted, making them feel less genuine. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards of a 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive experience.
